My 95 year old father-in-law was wonderfully cared for during the last year of his life. As a rather independent gentleman, he was able to enjoy as much as he could manage, supported to be as independent as he wished. He brought with him some of his own furniture, his TV, exercise bike and mobility
scooter. Accommodating all this was made really easy by the housekeeping team.
This home is really welcoming and well managed. As my wife and I visited we were always recognised and welcomed. The home is wonderfully clean and pleasant in every way. Quite different in style and atmosphere to many other care homes in this area. The language used when referring to the residents and the kindness of all the staff created a very happy home.
The management took great interest in my father-in-law and in engaging relatives such as ourselves.
We can recommend this care home unreservedly.

There is a really nice atmosphere at all times and all the staff are most courteous and friendly. It is more like a club hotel and there are many activities during the day each week. The quality and variety of the food is constantly good. A first class establishment all round.

Kew House is such a caring, lively and bright environment for my 95-year-old father. He loves it at Kew House, he has been there well over a year now and keeps saying how lucky he is to live there and likes to call his room “his flat”. It makes me, my sister and brother happy that he is well cared for.
The manager is always happy and welcoming. What a great place.

I have had a wonderful welcome here, all the staff are extremely helpful and willing to help. The room and bathroom are kept extremely clean and tidy and they always seem to know when you want to leave things out where I have left them.
Washing is done promptly. I have been here nearly 5 weeks and
aside from the odd hiccup on one or two occasions, all has been to my satisfaction. The training staff programme is very professional and anything asked of them is usually promptly sorted. I am very happy to be staying in such a well run home.

I can't express how utterly delighted I have been with Kew House and the care they give my mum. She settled in so very quickly and is very happy, she regards it as home. I can't say enough good things about all the staff, they are wonderful and they truly make the place feel so welcoming. They all are

Kew House recently took care of my father for the last few weeks of his life. From the very moment I came in contact with Kew care home, I was impressed by their responsiveness and their professionalism. My father was in a bad way and having a terrible time in hospital and I was desperate to get him
out and into somewhere comfortable and tranquil. The staff at Kew House did everything they could to help me and to expedite the process as quickly as possible. While he was at the home, my father was offered excellent care in all areas an treated with dignity. I am more than happy to recommend the Kew House as an excellent organisation.

Kew House is an outstanding care home. It has the significant advantage of being built for purpose, so the design and layout make sense. There is a lovely cafe-style area and several pleasant reception rooms. Cleanliness and upkeep is excellent. Staff are kind, responsive, cheerful and understand the
needs of the residents. If something is not quite right, staff and managers are very quick to respond. Recent highlights have included a trip for some residents to the sea in Brighton.

My Grandmother moved into the carehome in January 2018. She and I have been very happy with the home. The staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. The environment is lovely and homely, I always feel welcomed even with my 4 children. The activities they provide are brilliant and my grandmother especially

My mother came to Kew House 4 years ago after reluctantly admitting that she could no longer cope alone at home. She was welcomed into the home by caring staff who found out her interests and introduced her to other residents. She soon felt part of the community and with the help of the excellent food
and exercise built into every day, she became stronger and more confident. The home is spotlessly clean, residents clothes are well cared for and Mum enjoyed her weekly visit to the hairdresser and salon. She enjoyed the activities from quiz nights, to exercise groups, to outings, to the garden centre and shops.
As she became less well, the activities coordinators and carers all encouraged her to do as much as she could while helping her as necessary to maintain her independence and dignity. Mum and I came to know the staff well and consider them as friends, Kew House was definitely home to her. There is strong leadership and good staff training shown in a high standard of care and kindness.

My father has always been fiercely independent and house proud. He was never happier than in his own home, comfortable in a familiar environment. When it became evident that it was no longer possible for him to live independently we were concerned as to how he would adapt to life in a home. From the
beginning Kew House were marvellous, welcoming him, personalising his room with family photographs, introducing other residents, encouraging him to participate in group activities. He quickly settled into his new life, such that within a few days he called it home. On visits, I am struck by the warmth, care and professionalism of the staff, a contrast to other homes I have experienced. The standard of care is excellent. Christmas 2017 was the first time in many years we had not celebrated the occasion in his house. We enjoyed an excellent dinner and the company of other residents and their families. A great day. In summary, other care homes should aspire to the standards of Kew House.

Kew House is a handsome purpose-built care home across the end of a cul-de-sac in Wimbledon, very convenient for visiting by rail and tube. The whole home is light and airy including the large sitting and dining rooms, and the bedrooms are large with good-sized bathrooms. The home is well maintained
and clean. The food is excellent and there is a regular programme of well thought through activities. The care staff are well trained in dementia care, skilled and attentive, with a calm atmosphere prevailing. The staff are hugely supportive and helpful. The home is fully staffed and does not rely on agency workers. The management team is excellent, with a real focus on the things that matter. Very well done.

Dad moved into Kew House last year and settled in quickly. It was a big change for him as he had lived independently in his own home for a long time. But, due to a few trips to hospital and receiving care at home, dad, myself and my brother realised he needed more support on a 24/7 basis. Dad is now
part of the Kew House family and is very happy living there. All staff members are wonderful and it’s great to see all residents happy and very well looked after. There are numerous activities every day, plus special events arranged and the food is always freshly cooked with a fantastic choice too. Dad enjoys a glass of wine with his lunch and dinner and these touches make all the difference. My brother and I have a good relationship with the all the staff which means we work together to ensure the best possible care and wellbeing for dad. We are also getting to know some of the other residents and this helps build friendships in the Kew House family.

My dad had been in and out of hospital and after viewing several care homes in the area - we decided as a family that Kew House had all the facilities that met my dad's needs. He has settled in very well and has very high praises for the staff, other residents and the variety of facilities on offer
as well as the day to day variety of meals and activities.

A secure, friendly a bright environment. The staff are cheery and pleasant. I feel at home there too. My mother gets bored when lucid not many activities are useful for her state of play. I have been sparing with "excellent" as I do not have many sources of comparison.

My mother was on the dementia floor of Kew House for two years. I was extremely happy with her care particularly due to the consistency of the staff (there is not a high staff turn over). I found the staff to be kind and respectful - and willing to go the extra distance to bring a smile to my mother's
face. And they always took great care in her personal appearance dressing her beautifully. With dementia, it is about creating little moments of joy and that is exactly what the staff do to provide both in general attitude and scheduled activities.

My mum went into Kew House for respite care last year to see how she might settle down. So when the time came for a permanent move, it was a familiar place to her. So I had no hesitation in choosing Kew House again. All the staff are attentive and kind and the residents are given the utmost respect.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the place and have already done so.

My mum came to Kew House for respite care as she was not coping at home with carers coming in. Kew were very helpful in settling my mum in which was especially good as I don't live in London. Natasha joined Kew House as General Manager in the summer of 2022.


Prior to this, Natasha had been working in the care home sector since 2014.


Natasha has a passion for elderly care, and previous to working in care homes, she completed a neuroscience rotation in a large NHS organisation as a registered nurse.


Natasha’s passion is to ensure everyone receives care that is tailored to their individual needs.


Natasha aspires to make everyone’s day a little brighter and that includes the Kew House residents, relatives and the team that she works with.

Hi, My name is Priscilla and I am the Deputy Manager of Kew House


I have been a nurse for over 3 decades, I have practised in general nursing and other special care units.


I have a vested interest in dementia and palliative care Dementia care settings with palliative care.


I joined Hallmark Care in 2019 and a year later had the privilege of being chosen as the end-of-life care champion for Kew House.


A role that offers me an opportunity to be involved with residents and their loved ones during their final years, months, weeks and days of their lives and to ensure that their final wishes are met.

Andrea was born in Slovakia and this is we’re she completed her nursing degrees and there she worked as a Registered Nurse for over 15 years. Andrea relocated to the UK in 2012 and since then has worked in various care settings and this is now Andrea's passion to work with the elderly and support with end of life care. Andrea joined Kew House as a Nurse in 2019 and remained in that postion until 2023 when she was promoted to Clinical Lead.

Hi, My name is Sarah and I am the Hospitality service manager in Kew House. My background is in accounting .
After about 15 years in the financial sector, i decided to return to my passion which was interior decoration.
I worked in a number of roles in the hospitality industry and joined Hallmark, Kew House, in June 2012 as the Head Housekeeper.


Whilst in Kew House, I continued my education and completed my Diploma in Hospitality Management and then my Degree in BSc International Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Hi, my name is Tomasz and I’m Maintenance Manager at Kew House. My adventure with Hallmark Family started in June 2012 at Ty Enfys in Cardiff, where I was working as a Kitchen Assistant and Maintenance Assistant. I acquired a lot of professional experience and I made a cordial relationships with Residents. I enjoyed my almost 2 years over there and I got lots of amazing memories about Ty Enfys Family.


In 2015 I have been promoted and I took charge of maintenance department at Kew House in Wimbledon, London. I will never forget the warm atmosphere I’ve met here on arrival.


I’m confident enough to say that Kew House IS MY FAMILY.


I’m enjoying the fact I’m able to help people and have a positive influence on their lives. It is a brilliant feeling and I JUST LOVE IT
