Everyone is so pleasant and my husband is happy.

I have been extremely pleased with her care and attention.

Happy with care, staff and food. My mum and the other residents seem happy. We have had issues, but they have always been dealt with.

Really pleased with how my husband has settled down. He has only been in Winifred Dell for a matter of weeks and is happily taking part in life at the home. He looks happier and more content than he has for several months. He has Alzheimers (early-onset). So far, so good. I am hoping that he is able to stay. I would like to say thank you to all the staff.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Mum is always well dressed and looks clean. Mum's room is always clean and tidy. The only thing I don't feel I am kept up to date with is Mum's medical needs or requirements eg seeing the doctor when there is an issue.

A very safe, happy environment caring for very vulnerable adults. Staff show professionalism and care for the residents and myself and my family are truly grateful for that. No one wants their loved one to go into a care home but this one makes the wrench easier to manage. Highly recommended.

On each occasion when I have visited, randomly, at different times, I have found the staff to be caring and considerate to me and my mother. The facilities are clean, tidy and the decor very pleasing. Activities are optional but offered. An individual resident's birthday is always recognized by staff. Garden access in the summer season is available. Staff find and caring.

My mother has only been here a few weeks so far, but from my experience the staff and service is excellent. Our opinion and ideas are listened to and likewise, feedback and information is great.

My mother has been a resident for 5 years. She has improved health wise regularly and is in the best of physical health due to the care and attention she has received. She enjoys her meals and is encouraged to maintain her fluid levels. Over the years she has suffered a variety of falls but has always been taken great care of and nursed back to health. Suffering from Dementia and other mental health issues doesn't make her an easy patient but she is still well-loved.

My mum has been in Winifred Dell for 5 years. I have been very happy with the care she has received. Every member of staff is extremely kind and helpful and gives my mum a lot of love.

Mum went into the care home for respite following a fall, we were all a bit apprehensive at first but were made to feel very welcome when we first arrived. Apart from two incidents which were resolved, the care and the staff were excellent. If mum had to go into a care home again, we would be happy for her to go back to Winifred Dell.

A very well run care home that provides care and attention to the residents. The residents all seem happy and are always clean and tidy. Obviously, it's not home from home but very nearly.

Winifred Dell is by far the best of the lot. I always notice the “smell” when I visit a care home and how clean the toilets are for visitors and residents. At Winifred Dell, there is no smell and the place is spotless. My mother receives the best of care being well fed and the staff are amazing and caring. My sisters both comment on how excellent the care is. I would not want my mother to be anywhere else. They also put on a lot of activities for the residents that provide fond memories.

Mum is looked after 24 hours a day, a great relief for me. The staff and home are great, cleaned, laundry every day. Thank you

Very happy with my mother-in-law being here. Everything is great, mum is very happy here which means I am happy. The staff are great the care centre is too. Mum is looked after 24 hours a day we have nothing to fear for her safety.

Mum is hoping to return for further respite care in the future.
