I am very happy with the care and attention shown to my father. The staff are friendly efficient and very willing to assist me with any request. My father has settled in well at Sandown and is happy with his life here.

My mum was admitted in Jan 2019. There was a settling in period for both family and carers. 6 months on my mum has settled in well, as a family our concerns were listened too and acted on quickly and reviewed with us with the manager and staff. My mum is happy and I am happy with her care. I would love
to see more activity interaction whilst my mum's dementia allows this I am very happy and you have a great team leader.

Having cared for my husband with no outside help for several years, his condition deteriorated and he was in hospital. His poor mobility became no mobility.
Luckily for us both, he was able to have a room and care at Sandown Park. His last four weeks of life were peaceful and he was cared for in an
exceptional way. Great compassion and care with dignity the whole time.
The staff were always welcoming and caring, not only for my husband but for me too. I can only say 'thank you' for giving me the opportunity to spend quality time together at the end.

My grandma has been on Sandown Park care home for over a year now and has received excellent care. She has been treated with dignity and respect, the staff here are extremely friendly. I fell happy that Grandma is being treated the best she could. The staff are very informative as to how she is getting
on. The facilities for the residents are perfect as well.

I found the care my mother received was amazing. Very caring staff. She was treated with dignity and respect at all times. The staff were so kind to me during her time there and at her passing. Cannot praise them enough.

I was so relieved that my Mum is being looked after and fed so well. She was extremely underweight when she arrived in January 2019 and has now put on weight. The care she is given is excellent and both nurses and carers do an amazing job. Can't thank them enough.

My husband was a resident at Sandown Park for seven months. During this time he received care and treatment second to none. Full credit to all the staff who care for the residents, some of whom have very challenging behaviour, they were always welcoming and friendly. What would I have done without them?

Sandown Park was not our first choice for our mum's dementia care. However, we are now so pleased our original choice was full. The care and support that she receives is excellent and cannot be faulted.
The staff take time to get to know the person, not the patient, their manner and approach brings
out mum's personality which ensures she is happy and content.
