I visited my mother in the garden. Sadly my mother was not having a great day and was very sleepy. It was very nice to see her all the same after 15 weeks of lockdown, I did not have high expectations. No one could do more in this situation.

My mum has always been well looked after. The staff are so committed to looking after the residents, and throughout this covid-19, they have been vigilant, and first and foremost thoughts have been with the people they care for. I visited my husband in June, a very short visit as it was in the garden and it started to rain. Because of Covid-19 I think the staff have organised things very well.

Kindness and understanding are the first words that come to mind when I think about the home. For the caring of my husband, but also to make sure I am kept informed at all times with his ongoing care.
His care is second to none and carried out with compassion and understanding. This gives me great

I have really appreciated that I am now allowed to visit my father. The home has taken great care of him. I would also like to mention one nurse and her great work in keeping me informed of what and how he has been doing.

My husband is been taken care of at Sandown Park with such excellent care and devotion, that leaves me so very happy and contented each time I visit.
Such dedication that is executed with love and great humble skill that I congratulate not only the front line staff who take such care of my husband
on his day to day needs but is led by a great leader who runs a really professional care home.
My most heartfelt thanks to her and all her staff from the reception lady to the full house staff.

Sadly my father passed away in the home but the care he got, leading up to his illness and then when he was ill, was second to none. We were constantly kept updated with how he was and the care he got was great.

My mum spent two years in Sandown Park. She was well looked after and was genuinely happy to be there. She made many friends and the carers were kind, gentle and always ensured Mum was well looked after. I would recommend this care home to anybody who is in the same position. The end of life care was
excellent. Mum loved it and I hope and believe everyone was fond of her.

I was extremely satisfied with the care given to my mother's stay at this care centre. The environment is excellent in every way from the rooms and medical care, she was here for over five years. The staff were very cooperative and took care of my mum. She passed away peacefully on 20th March 2019.
I am extremely thankful to the management and staff. I would recommend to anyone to use this service.

We visited our friend of 50 years at the home. The home was nice and bright and warm inside. Our friend was happy when we met her in the lounge and she looked very well, we were pleasantly surprised. She had praise for the staff and how she was cared for. She said the food was good and plenty of it,
but not spectacular.
Overall we were pleased with what we saw. Parking is also available.

We were very happy with the care that our father received for the 3 months he was in Sandown Park. The staff were kind, caring and respectful and always gave us a warm and friendly welcome from the moment we arrived to visit dad whatever time fo the day it was. We also found they were supportive when
dad had any additional healthcare requirements.

My husband came to Sandown Park 2 1/2 months ago. During this time we have received amazing support form all of the team. We would visit my husband regularly and there was always a member of the team to update us on his health. We cannot thank you all enough and would highly recommend Sandown Park.

My mother has been a resident at Sandown Park for approx 3 1/2 years. She suffered from Lewy Body Dementia and could be challenging and a care refuser. However, the carers displayed endless patience and understanding; respecting my mother's needs and wishes at all times. This carries through to the
manager and assistant manager who is always willing to help and advise on any matter related to care or otherwise.
