My mum and myself are very happy with Sandown Park care home. The staff are friendly and helpful, the home is always clean. The staff do a brilliant job of keeping my mum clean, helping her with her personal hygiene. The catering is excellent.

My mother was at Sandown Park from July 2017 until her death in April 2018. Throughout this time she was well cared for and treated with kindness and respect. The home seems very well run and the staff are excellent, attentive and kind. There seems to be low staff turnover which is a good sign.

While my Mum was at Sandown Park Windsor the care team from beginning to end was outstanding. All staff, so loving and caring. Any problems we had was sorted straight away. They made us feel so loved.

My beloved husband was in Sandown Park for 12 months. He was admitted November 2016. He was suffering from dementia and peacefully passed away on 9th December 2017. All the time he was there he was wonderfully cared and loved. I was lucky to have him in Sandown Park.

My father had been a resident for two years requiring complex care. I have been very happy with the level of care and efficiency of the services provided. My father had a three-month stay in hospital and returned for palliative/end of life care. He received the best of care in his final weeks, staff
were attentive and had always respected his dignity. He was very happy and comfortable in the setting which has been a great comfort to his family.

The care our mother received over the past few weeks has been outstanding. The respect, patience, and understanding shown by the staff has been very reassuring for her loved ones to see each time we visited.
Sadly mum passed away last week and the helpful information we received has been both very

My 91-year-old mother was resident at Sandown Park for the last 7 months of her life, having moved from a previous home due to increased nursing needs. Sandown Park is an excellent home, both caring and professional, and did everything possible to look after my mother's needs. The staff are outstanding,
full credit to them for managing some challenging residents with tact, dignity, courtesy and always a smile. I visited the home at various times of the day and at weekends, and the level of care was consistently high.


I would highly recommend Sandown Park Care Home.

A very pleasant, clean and caring facility. Mum has been in Sandown Park for just over 6 months and is very happy. Her health has improved with the personal care she has received to the extent she no longer requires constant oxygen.
Food and care is excellent and as visitors, the family is always welcomed
by staff and management.

I cannot praise the staff more as they all work so hard in dealing with often very sad conditions of the many residents. I feel I have formed a bond with many of the staff over the last 2 -2 and a half years. The only thing I think would be better would be brighter decorating! Blank walls are very boring
if you are unable to go out.
Most people find the food rather bland but I know it is difficult dealing with so many different people all of course with different taste.

My father has only been in the home for 3 months but the staff seem kind and proficient. My father seems comfortable. I feel his room should be slightly larger as he cannot walk and so cannot get to the other side of his bed to sit by the window. He is always hungry when I visit but I do not know whether
this is a healthy appetite or whether the staff are not sitting and helping him get the food into his mouth. There are no signs of activities at all.
