Hawthorn Court care home, located in the centre of Hebburn, provides personalised residential and residential dementia care to older people.

The lovely home offers many areas for residents to relax, socialise and unwind. The beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms make residents feel at home, and some rooms have patio access to the landscape gardens.

Everyone is lovely and friendly. The staff always have a smile on their faces. My sister has settled in and I think it is the best place foe her to be, she is so much happier since she moved into Hawthorn Court Care Home.

My mother is well looked after in Hawthorn Court Care Home she doesn't join in activities but we've been informed she'd rather watch. In my opinion, all staff from top to bottom do an excellent job and me and my family commend and appreciate this. Their hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

Home is kept lovely and clean and meals are varied, nourishing and filling.
The staff are really nice and helpful and try to engage all its parents to participate in the various activities they staged in all Mam is well looked after and treated with dignity.

Always a genuine and friendly welcome when entering the home. The care given is clearly evident as my father is always clean and well dressed (as are the other residents). The staff always have time to answer any queries be it in person or by telephone. I have been present when lunch has been served
to my father and the food looks freshly cooked and nutritional. I would highly recommend Hawthorn Court Care Home to anyone looking for first class care for a loved one.

As a family, we were terrified at the thought of our Mam going into care. The excellent staff at Hawthorn Court Care Home quickly put the family at ease. The rooms are always warm and are kept very clean. A big thank you to all the lovely staff.

Always a warm welcome by reception staff. One member of staff was helpful and friendly, explaining how well my mam had settled in and giving much needed peace of mind. The staff are always in good spirits and have a good relationship with my mam.
She has settled in better than I expected, in less than
two weeks and I'm pleased to have chosen this home.

My mother has been really well looked after since moving into Hawthorn Court three weeks ago. She settled in really quickly, the staff and manager are very friendly and have gone out of their way to make my mother comfortable and attended to any medical issues very quickly and professionally.

My friend, of whom I am her next of kin, has been a resident at Hawthorn Court for over five years. Her care is professional in every way, but everyone shows her so much love. She is treated as if she was their mother. The home is very clean, and so is she. The events that they are involved with are

Having visited last week for a tour prior to my mums arrival, I was very pleasantly surprised by the indoor/outdoor spaces.
