A homely atmosphere and encouraging to witness the relationship of respect by carers for residents on each and every visit. Very clean and cared for environment.

Is good very friendly carers, good humour. Care is good, high level of detail toward food preferences of the relative. Very compassionate and willing to help with any problems and very patient with my deaf Grandma. Facilities are also very well kept and clean and there's a nice cafe area to chill in too with fresh cakes.

Such a wonderful home and loving community.

My friend was only her for a short time but my friend and I were made to feel so welcome. Thank you for making her feel so at home.

Arriving at Barchester Windmill Manor Care Home, after looking at a number of care homes in the area for my mother, I was greeted with warmth and care from the manager who was so kind and understanding about the situation we found ourselves in and I felt immediately easier about the unknown future. Windmill Manor is calm, clean, well-maintained and every staff member smiles at me when I visit. The decor is soft and tasteful and the dining room is always laid up nicely with menus and napkins. All the staff wear clearly displayed name badges and their uniforms are always neat and tidy. The biggest plus about Windmill Manor is the care and kindness my mother receives. From a welcoming receptionist, care staff and nurses, housekeeping, chefs, maintenance staff - everyone is kind. As a relative visiting, they all make me feel like I am a part of the community. They have made such a difference to my life as I know my mother is safe, clean, fed and looked after. I am happy I found Windmill.

My friend is in this nursing home and they have been very good with her. I've noticed that all the staff have been very helpful and look after the clients really well, they talk, help, dress and go above and beyond very happy with everything they do.

Mum is treated kindly with dignity. She is involved with most of the activities and the activities lady is fantastic very friendly and helpful to all the residents. She has an excellent sense of humour and is always very happy and helpful. My brother has become a resident in the past 3 months and has settled in very well and is given help and encouraged to join in with all activities. The lounge and dining room are bright and cheerful. The bedrooms are ensuite and mum has a garden.

The overall experience is very good and am very happy with all of the staff and all the care that they give.

What a fantastic care home. The staff were very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The place was spotless and light. Although my visit was short I left with the impression that it was a very happy well-run home.

After a life saving experience in hospital, well enough to join Barchester Windmill Manor Care Home. On arrival excellent welcoming. Met me, taken to my room, beautifully equipped bedroom with ensuite, spotless. The staff so kind, turn their hand to everything that is required of them. Diet requirements with a varied choice, home-cooked delicious food. My rest and recuperation two weeks allowed me to be discharged from hospital.

All in all, I think Windmill Manor is very good, and since my mum's been there we haven't had to worry about her - she's safe, warm, fed, and above all cared for.

From our initial contact, looking for respite care for my aunt, we have had excellent help and care. For family reasons, we have moved my aunt from Windmill Manor after 3 months. We have chosen another Barcester home for her, nearer to her relatives. Our choice was helped by her experience at Windmill Manor.

Everything has been smooth and straightforward as Mum has arrived, the admin, settling Mum in and tweaking her room and care plan. I would like to say from the moment I first walked in here, I was impressed at how friendly everyone was and how clean it was. Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are excellent. Everyone is so kind to the residents, even when things get stressful. The food is very good, the coffee room is free for all of us with beautiful cakes and a lovely sitting area.
