Happy to leave review. Mum has been here for 5 years now. We have seen the care industry suffer through COVID and despite this, Riverdale have provided amazing care at difficult times. There has been a new manager in the last year and he seems very proactive and family meetings are booked well in advance and a recent introduction of a "parents evening" style meeting gives us a chance to talk to the various departments. Really great care home and Mum loves it there.
Just wanted to say thank you for the great review and for also mentioning that you enjoyed the relatives' evening. Your feedback is much appreciated!
We, as a family, are very happy with the care our mum gets. She is very happy and tells us she feels very safe. She told us she would not be able to live in her own home without her late husband. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Thank you for the excellent feedback regarding our care home. Your positive comments are truly appreciated and serve as motivation for us to continually enhance our standards of care. We are grateful for the trust you have placed in us and remain committed to delivering exceptional care for your loved ones
The time that my mother has spent here over nearly three years has made me and my family feel safe for her. The dedication of all the team members makes Riverdale a very comforting environment. I feel that although for us it was a difficult decision originally, it was the best and I can only thank each and every person with all my heart for how they treat our mum. Thank you all.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review with us. We are thrilled to hear that your loved one is having an excellent experience with us. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care, and we are grateful for your kind words.
My cousin came to Riverdale just as covid started so we didn't have an induction to the home, we went by recommendation. We can only comment on food by asking my cousin, she appears happy but I would have liked to see a menu.
Thank you for the positive review. It was lovely to talk to you on the phone. As we discussed, menus were printed and placed at reception for you to pick up on Wednesday. Thank you again for the positive feedback about the Riverdale Court.
Always a good experience. Staff are wonderful. Looking after Dad with the utmost care. Would not know what he would do without Riverdale Court Care Home in Welling. Thank you very much.
Thank you, we wanted to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the excellent review.
The whole place is excellent, cannot fault it in any way. My mum loves it there.
Thank you, Lissa, for your lovely review. we are glad to know Mum is happy here at Riverdale Court.

I had a lovely experience visiting my brother-in-law with my sister. The staff are wonderful. The place is lovely, it's great! They look after my brother-in-law very well.

Fabulous care. Such wonderful, kind staff. Lovely, clean environment.
This is my first visit to the home. Excellent care by all staff. Kind and considerate care observed. Clean and happy environment.
Thank you for your kind words. I will pass your message to the team.
After my father passed away in the home, we needed somewhere for my mother. So, it was natural to put her in, as she needed care. The service is good, but expensive. Thank you.
Excellent service and support for all. Good balance of activities and care. I feel content that my mum is in the best place to support her range of needs. A welcoming place to visit and spend time at.
Hi Peter. Thank you for your kind words and I will pass this onto the team. Once again thank you.
Every time I come to visit, the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Beautiful, clean rooms, inviting reception area and always lots of activities going on. The residents are always happy and clean. The food is lovely. The new cafe's food is fantastic, very good idea. Brilliant value for money.
Thank you for your kind words. I will pass to the team your very inspiring feedback.
Riverdale Court is a well run and very well maintained care home. It is well kept and clean. The staff are very polite and helpful.
My mother lives at Riverdale Court and wished she had made the decision to move sooner. There is a regular food schedule every day and different activities available. All of this has really helped my mother feel welcome. Also, removing the stress of not knowing what time her carers would arrive is a big plus. The staff have been amazing at helping my mother settle in. Her room is spacious, spotlessly clean and her needs taken care of. The gardens have proven to be a real hit and have helped my mother to socialise more easily. Totally recommend Riverdale Court if you require some support or round the clock care.
Thank you so much for the kind words. We are so happy to have your mother here, she is a very pleasant lady. Your family have been very supportive as well. I will pass this feedback to the team. Once again, thank you.
Since my sister has been here, since the fire at her previous care home, we have been exceptionally impressed with her accommodation, care and how she has settled in. Can't complain.
Thank you for your kind words. It is a pleasure to look after your sister, she is a very pleasant lady.
We are extremely impressed with the level of care and attention given to our relative. He is very happy here, which gives us great peace of mind knowing he is being looked after and is comfortable and well.
Thank you very much for your kind words, I will pass this on to the team.
It is a fantastic home. I've made a lot of friends. I'm committed more and I've made a lot of friends who I speak to. My favourite person is one staff member, who is my greatest friend. She has helped me all through the time I've lived here.
Thank you, it is our pleasure to have you at Riverdale Court.
My cousin came in very happily to a happy, clean new home. Lots of staff ensure she's very happy and well looked after.
Showed empathy to my mother, recognising her needs. There is a great connection with carers who show their commitment.
Once again, thank you.
