Thank you for your delightful review capturing your short stay at Lincombe Manor Care Centre. It is immensely important to us that people feel well looked after and made to feel secure in the knowledge that care is always on hand. The kitchen team are thrilled to hear that you found their food to be excellent, a lot of thought goes into creating the menus to ensure, as you say, a great choice of food each day is available. I am glad that you had a very happy experience with us.
Thank you for your lovely review. We certainly miss your father-in-law at Lincombe Manor, he was a larger-than-life character. As a family you would have seen many changes over the 7 years that he was here, and I am delighted that the standard of care and all that Lincombe Manor has to offer remained outstanding. We are over the moon to know that you cannot recommend us highly enough.
What a glorious review to read. Lincombe Manor Care Centre truly is the best care home, and I am grateful that you recommend us so highly. Your dad was an amazing man and we miss him dearly. He brought a lot of joy to the team with plenty of his wise words of advice being taken on board by many of them over the years. Your recognition of the staff and all of their wonderful qualities is just lovely, and they will be delighted to read your review. All of the team work so hard to make Lincombe what it is, and your words of appreciation is just what they need to keep them going.

Thank you for such a wonderful review. It means a great deal to us at Lincombe when we see the recognition of our efforts from established relatives such as yourselves. To know that you trust us to provide excellent care for Mum after five years really is a testament to the team's passion for getting it right. Mum certainly has been nursed back to full strength remaining fiercely independent at the grand age of 90. She is Lincombe Manor's very own champion bingo caller and we could not do without her. Thank you for all your kindness and support over the years. It really does mean a lot to us.
Four years! How can that be! If this past year of my joining Lincombe Manor has been as pleasurable as your previous three years then I am privileged to be part of your continued happiness with the care we provide for your darling wife. We wouldn't be without either of you. Thank you for your constant support and kindness.
What a beautiful review, thank you. It is our pleasure to care for your mum and to enable her to live well. It is good to know that you and your family have peace of mind in the knowledge that your mum is being well cared for and that all of your concerns are dealt with immediately. We are very lucky to be in such a scenic location, we are all spoilt with the views that we have. Your mum really does make the most out of the facilities that we have to offer, throwing herself into the activities. We all enjoy your visits. It's nice to know that you have been made to feel so welcome and part of the Lincombe family.
It is disappointing to read your review. We understand it is difficult when a loved one is unwell. When you raised your concerns to me at the time, I took them seriously and offered to meet with you, which you declined to do. Both CQC and Safeguarding also reviewed your concerns and confirmed that they were unfounded and that Lincombe Manor had followed all procedures correctly in the care of your father-in-law. Thank you for saying our building is beautiful. It reflects the quality care we deliver at Lincombe for all of our residents. Your father-in-law was a true gentleman who formed strong bonds with the staff that cared for him during his 9 month stay. We are sorry that we are no longer able to care for him, and hope that he has settled into his new home as well as he settled into Lincombe.
Thank you for your review. It makes us feel proud when we know that we are delivering outstanding care and support to our residents and their relatives. It's heartwarming to hear that you felt reassured by our facilities management and beautiful location. It truly is a wonderful spot to spend quality time with family.
It was our pleasure looking after your mother during the short period of time that she was with us. It was a sad time for you, but I am reassured to know that the experience was made more bearable by the outstanding kindness and empathy shown by our team and that you felt the high level of professionalism, not only for your mother but towards yourself.
Thank you for this fabulous review. We always look forward to when your dad stays. He brings an element of fun with him each time. It is a friendly home and we are pleased that this can be felt by those that come here. It's important to us that everyone feels at home and reassured that their relatives are being cared for with kindness. The accommodation is well presented and it's great that you have acknowledged this with 5 stars.
