We are all very proud of the service we offer and it's heart-warming to read how happy you are with your husband's care. You have been a great support to us over the past twelve months in "getting it right" and for that we thank you for all your kindness.
Thank you for your lovely review of Lincombe Manor. Your auntie is such a wonderful lady, we are proud to be able to care for her. Our sea-view rooms are gorgeous aren't they? Just what's needed to make that transition from home to care a little easier. Merry Christmas to you all.
What wonderful feedback from a family who have only been with us for such a short while. It's been our pleasure to care for your mother and get to know you as a family. Thank you so much for your kind words. The team will be thrilled when I share your review with them.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the team. They will be so happy to read how highly you think of them. The food is fabulous isn't it? Our chefs take great pride in their dishes. Mum is loving engaging in our activity programme. It is lovely to see her confidence grow over the past few weeks and see her make some new friends.
Thank you for all your support. We wouldn't let a day go by without making sure your partner enjoyed life. He is cherished by the whole team who love his banter and incredible sense of humour.
What a lovely thing to say when Mum has only been with us for a short time. We very much enjoy caring for her. The team often forget what an incredible job they do settling new residents and families into the care centre. When I show them your review I know they will be thrilled.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We try our best to make everyone feel welcome and your father made it easy for us. Such a lovely couple and a pleasure to care for Mum. Wishing you all a lovely festive period from everyone at Lincombe.
That is such a lovely review. We know how difficult is was for you in the beginning but now it's like a well-oiled machine. We know you both so well it's like having family to stay. I am pleased to hear you get some rest and relaxation whilst we take care of your lovely wife. On her next stay I must send you some pictures of her enjoying our wide range of activities as she loves to try new things as well as her favorites such as a bit of rock and roll and pub games. Looking forward to seeing you both soon.
Mum is such a delightful lady - how can we not look after her so well! She is indeed still talking about her fabulous birthday weekend and even complimented your cooking to me, although she did call it an attempt at cooking - she is so cheeky. We love meeting you all when you visit. Just tell us when the next celebration is, and we will make sure Mum is in her finery. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
Hello. It is lovely to hear you are pleased with the service we provide. I do enjoy hearing all your responses when I send updates out all and its wonderful to receive so much support from families such as yourselves. The past two years have been tough on all of us but more so for residents and their families so its heart-warming to hear you have been reassured throughout all of the tough times.
You are so kind to give us praise. We do not have to try very hard to look after Mum. She is such a gracious and kind lady we would go to the ends of the earth for her. Thank you for all your unwavering support, particularly during the past two years. We really couldn't have done it without family members such as yourself.
Wow! What an amazing review. Thank you so much. It's amazing to hear that Gran feels comfortable in her new home. To be honest, Gran makes it very easy for the team to be friendly and happy in her presence. She is such a gracious lady and we are proud to have the opportunity to care for her. Those views are stunning aren't they? I still have to pinch myself when I go upstairs. Thank you from all of us at Lincombe.
Thank you for your kind words. It's wonderful to hear the words "calm and professional" as this is what we strive for every day. Mealtimes are one of the most important aspects of a resident's day so our chefs always endeavor to serve nutritious and appetizing meals which our care team can support with in a dignified way. Thank you for all your support and kindness.
