Throughout the three years, my mother has been cared for at Newstone, I have only had praise for the kindness, cleanliness and professionalism all staff have shown towards Mum. Every time I visit I see a smiling face, but if there has been a health problem with Mum I immediately have a phone call....
Throughout the three years, my mother has been cared for at Newstone, I have only had praise for the kindness, cleanliness and professionalism all staff have shown towards Mum. Every time I visit I see a smiling face, but if there has been a health problem with Mum I immediately have a phone call. Dementia is a terrible disease but staff at Newstone somehow, I don’t know how, make light work of it. This is undoubtably down to training and the professionalism of all those involved, from cleaning staff to the manager. Green and Red shirts make my mum feel dignified and for that I will always be grateful. My thanks as ever for caring.
