We are so glad to hear your father had a happy and settled time with us at West Cliff Hall and formed meaningful relationships with our staff. Our team is committed to providing person-centred care to all our residents making them feel part of our family within our care homes. At Hartford Care we promote a one team approach with the care, support and well-being for our residents so it's great to hear that your mother is experiencing this at West Cliff Hall.
