Lavender Hill provides exemplary care for its residents. There is a family feel from the moment you arrive. Staff not only know the people for whom they care, they also make every effort to know their families too.
Thank you for your kind words. They will be passed along to the staff.
We visit a close family friend who moved into Lavender Hills in the summer. From the first day, the experience has been so positive. Our friend settled in from day one. The activities and outings the home provide are excellent and varied, making sure everyone benefits. The home is so vibrant and such a happy place to visit, this is in no small part due to the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and we know that our friend is in safe hands and living a full and enriching life at a time when, safety, comfort and care is needed. Thank you for the care you all take of the residents. I have to mention birthdays, every birthday is marked with a beautiful cake made in the kitchens and of course a rendition of "Happy Birthday" such a lovely touch.

The staff at Lavender Hills are amazing, they treat my mother in law and all the residents as if they where looking after their own family. My mother in law has done more activities and enjoyed herself far more than I thought she would, this is down to the team at Lavender Hills who get all residents involved in whatever is going on.

My mum has been a resident at Lavender Hills for eighteen months now and it was definitely the right choice for her. All the staff throughout the home are caring, professional, friendly and helpful and great at what they do. The food is of a high standard, my mum has certainly put much needed weight on since she has been there. Lavender Hills is set in lovely grounds and the inside too is lovely. My mum enjoys the many activities and entertainments provided, she has been on many trips out too and it's lovely to see all the photos on Lavender Hills' social media pages. I highly recommend Lavender Hills if your loved one has to move into a care home.

Lavender Hills is a wonderful home! in every sense of the word. The location, the rooms and the facilities are second to none. But most of all it is the staff who make it so special, they are dedicated, genuinely caring and friendly to not only the residents but their families too. My Mother has been a resident since September 2021 and has enjoyed a quality of life that we never would have imagined.
Thank you for your kind words. They will be passed along to the staff.
My mum has been happy since the day she arrived in January 2024. The team made her feel really welcome from Day 1. They genuinely care about the residents and look after the families as well. Lots of activities going on that involve the residents and family so you still feel part of their lives. Mum's room is always lovely and tidy and the communal areas are really lovely and relaxing when you visit. It has been a genuine blessing to have mum living here as I never worry about her welfare and happiness as I know she is very settled in a good routine. Nothing is ever to much trouble.
Thank you for your kind words. They will be passed along to the staff.
My mum is a resident at Lavender Hills and she is very well looked after. The seniors and care team are very good and really look after my mum. My Dad was a resident for a short while before he died. During this difficult period the staff were very considerate. We know all the staff by name and they are very good.
Thank you for your kind words. They will be passed along to the staff.
I'm very happy with the care my dad has received at Lavender Hills over the past 2 years. The carers are friendly and attend to all dad's needs and get him to engage with the numerous activities. Also the food is lovely. Dad is happy there and he laughs and jokes with me when I visit.
Thank you for your kind words. They will be passed along to the staff.
Following the death of my dad earlier this year, mum was taken into hospital where she remained for 6 months. She was still not safe to go home so I had to look for a nice care home where she would be comfortable and happy. This was a big step. All of the staff have been really kind and supportive. Mum suffers from anxiety and they have all been so supportive. It is a lovely environment.
Thank you for your kind words. They will be passed along to the staff.
In Lavender Hills we have found a home for Mum that feels as close as possible to her own home, the staff not only care for Mum to an exceptionally high standard they are friends with Mum, with Mum's room the go-to place for a chat. As a family we are also made to feel so welcome, it is just like visiting Mum in her own home. We have the comfort of knowing Mum is safe, comfortable and cared for in her "home". We would recommend Lavender Hills to anyone seeking the very best in care for their loved ones.

Lavender Hills is a truly magical place. Mum spent her last year here and as she would say she was 'at home with friends'. The staff are dedicated, caring, friendly and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble. The food is amazing. Mum went on a number of day trips her two favourites were to the local museum and the garden centre for cheese and wine tasting. The rooms are immaculate and the facilities are second to none. She loved celebrating her 90th birthday and singing along to the ABBA tribute band! When Mum became very poorly we spent all of our time with her. As a family we were looked after too. It helped enormously. If you want a home-from-home with genuine care this is the place to go.

We were at Lavender Hills for a temporary respite/short-term stay for my dad. From the get-go, the office staff couldn't have made the initial visit and check-in procedure any easier, and, once my dad was there, the care staff were excellent, and very welcoming, making the whole experience very positive. And yes, maybe their prices are not exactly cheap, but you can see why. The facilities, the quality of the rooms, amount of staff, and the upkeep of the building and grounds make it worth it. A big thanks to all at Lavender Hills.

We would definitely use Lavender Hills again as he was thoroughly well cared for and all the staff are extremely helpful.
Most of all my mum actually relaxed for once and didn't worry.
His room was lovely and there was a nice card waiting for him on arrival which was lovely. The food was excellent and of a high standard. We would definitely use it again.
Thank you for your kind words. We will pass them along to the staff.
This would not have been possible without Lavender Hills. Words cannot describe what all of Mum's family and friends feel about you. God bless you all.

My dad has been really well cared for at Lavender Hills. He loves the food. He says the staff are great at giving him his medication on schedule. He has been on several trips out with other residents. The staff are kind and gentle with him and the manager is always very responsive. I am very impressed with the whole set up.
Thank you for your kind words. We will pass them along to the staff.
Having had to make a difficult decision to place my mother into a care home I could not have wished for better than Lavender Hills. The care home staff have been excellent throughout, ensuring my mother settled and taking care of her family's concerns with real empathy. My mother has now been in the care home for approx 8 weeks and has settled really well and made many new friends, she goes on many trips and enjoys the interaction with others. Thank you to all the staff at Lavender Hills you have been superb.
Thank you for your kind words. We will pass them on to the staff.
Perfect! My aunt is loving her new life and the Lavender Hills family. She is involved in activities, going out on more excursions and enjoying herself more than she has in years since moving into Lavender. The one-to-one care and getting to know what each resident likes doing, eating, reading, watching, etc. is exceptional and they tailor their care to each individual. The choice in the lunch and evening meal menus is outstanding, and is a credit to the chef and the kitchen staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff and management, all who are fabulous at their job. Cleanliness of this beautiful home is faultless and I would not hesitate to recommend it. Thank you.

I'm deeply grateful for the exceptional care Lavender Hill provided my friend during her stay. She was anxious about moving into residential care, especially with Covid restrictions limiting visits. However, from day one, the staff went above and beyond to make her feel at home. They took the time to understand her needs and crafted a personalized care plan that addressed all her health issues. Despite her complexities, they made sure she felt safe, loved, and supported. It wasn't just about the medical stuff – the staff formed genuine connections with her, making her feel like part of a big family. The kitchen staff deserves special mention for their kindness in accommodating her dietary needs, often sitting down with her to plan meals. Seeing her settle in and actually enjoy being there was such a relief. I can't thank the team at Lavender Hill enough for the peace of mind they gave me. Their compassion and care made all the difference, and I'll be forever grateful.
Thank you for your feedback It will be passed along to the staff.
Mum came for a short respite visit. We were so impressed with how much effort everyone went to in helping her settle in. They understood completely what a big deal it was for her to take this step, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so friendly and professional, and though Mum had only been there a short time, everyone we met knew her name and had made an effort to get to know her. The setting is beautiful, everywhere is clean, and the food is lovely; honestly, we couldn't have asked for more and are so very grateful to everyone. We hope it is not long before Mum is able to make another visit there.
Thank you for your feedback; it will be passed along to the staff.
There are too many excellent staff to single out. One particular lady is lovely and takes time to understand how she can best help my mum.
Also, your manager encourages feedback and strives to provide a high level of service. This is evident in the everyday running of the home. I find her really easy to talk to and feel she genuinely cares about her work and the people.
The chef is very obliging and regularly ensures Mum has the meals she prefers - in particular, she loves the soups.
I feel my mum is receiving the best level of care possible, and I would not hesitate to recommend Lavender Hills.
Thank you for your kind words. They will be passed along to the staff.
