A very warm welcome to Park View care Home
I have been working in health and Social Care services for over 30 years. My career has covered many interesting areas from emergency care, acute services, community nursing, qualifying as a district nurse and management. I made the transition to care home management in 2012.
I really enjoy working with people and what I love about this role is I can make a difference, ensuring that each of our residents is supported as an individual with dignity and respect. I love working with the care home team to support our residents as partners to fulfil their lifestyle choices, revisiting hobbies and developing new passions and lived experiences. Importantly, time to have fun and time to reflect.
I truly believe in a ‘hands on' approach working with the team and residents delivering quality care with compassion.
I look forward to welcoming you and your families to Park View Care Home

I started working at Park View in May 2017, I started here as a Care Assistant and worked my way up to Head of care then I did my NVQ Level 5 and then progressed as a Customer Relations Manager. I love meeting new people and getting to hear all about people's loved ones.
in my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my granddaughter grow up!

I started at Parkview when it opened in 2012. My dad was the very first resident in the home.
My first role was as a care assistant working on the Dementia floor.
My role then changed to be one of the domestic assistants and I worked my way up to become supervisor and now Head Housekeeper.
Me and my team of domestic assistants have pride in our work to keep the home a clean and pleasant environment for our lovely residents.
