My mum only had a week in this lovely home before she died, but in that week she had exceptional care. Nothing was too much trouble. She had a beautiful room, and the staff took great care in feeding her and helping her drink. Mum has dementia and was in the end-of-life stage by the time she was moved to Park View. I just wish she had had longer there. Lovely staff and at every stage her care was explained to us. She was made comfortable at the end and we, as family, were to be involved in all decisions about her care.
Thank you for your kind words which we have shared with the staff. It was a pleasure and honour to look after Mum in her last week.
Lovely place for Dad to spend in his last few weeks. His most important thing before he died was to make sure his wife was settled in, which was achieved. Thank you for looking after my lovely dad.

Service has been brilliant so far and helped us all out when we urgently needed assistance. Cannot thank the staff enough for what they have done, which has made us realise this is the best solution moving forward. Happy to continue into the future.

My mum had to be moved urgently into a care home from another area to be near me and my family in Ipswich. After much research, we chose Park View. I must say from the initial contact with the customer relations manager, the service we have received has been exceptional - very professional. She managed to find Mum a suitable room at very short notice. Since Mum moved in, she has really changed and is very happy and enjoying being there. All the staff can't do enough for her and are so friendly and talkative. 10/10 service from the customer relations manager and all her staff.

I had my auntie stay at Park View for respite care while I went on holiday. On my return, she stated that she had a wonderful time and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was lovely, and the new rooms that had been recently decorated are lovely.

Having short listed and visited three care homes in the Ipswich area to provide care for my stepmother, myself and all my family members unanimously agreed that Park View would be an ideal home for her to spend the last few years of her life. Unfortunately, she died just two months after moving in. Our biggest regret was that she didn't live longer in a place where we knew she was at last somewhere safe, loved and well looked after.

After spending 76 years happily married to my husband and he passed away, the time has come for me to be cared for. I came to view Park View and straight away I felt that this home was the place where I would be happy to spend the rest of my years, where I made many friends.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are all professional and highly skilled. The care home is very clean and everything is of a high standard. The fees are competitive and are all-inclusive which is great. I know of someone who lived here a few years ago and they really enjoyed living at Park View so it was an easy decision for me to make Park View the care home for my aunty.

I was very anxious at the thought of coming into a home, but have been so very surprised at the welcome and the help I receive from the staff, keeping me happy and young.

My father became a resident at Park View Care Home during lockdown. He received superb care and towards the end, life became more of a challenge. The wonderful staff did all they could to make him comfortable. They also provided great support for me during difficult times. Five stars all the way.

From my regular visits, I could see he was really happy, eating well, being cared for and being stimulated.
Upon the end of his 3-week stay, I took the decision for my father to remain in Park View as a permanent resident as I knew he would be very well cared for.
Thank you for your lovely comments. I will ensure the team are made aware of this review. We do strive to treat everyone as a member of our own family and really enjoy the privilege of being able to look after your Father.
