My mum had a really enjoyable stay. Could not fault the staff, very thoughtful and caring. The food was very good.

She loved having her hair cut and blowdried at her stay.

My mum had to be moved urgently into a care home from another area to be near me and my family in Ipswich. After much research, we chose Park View. I must say from the initial contact with the customer relations manager, the service we have received has been exceptional - very professional. She managed to find Mum a suitable room at very short notice. Since Mum moved in, she has really changed and is very happy and enjoying being there. All the staff can't do enough for her and are so friendly and talkative. 10/10 service from the customer relations manager and all her staff.

My mum has dementia and is unable to live independently, so we thought we would try respite for two weeks.
The food served is excellent and delicious.
The entire home is clean, fresh and tidy, and my mum's room is beautiful, having just been refurbished.
The manager is amazing, and this reflects on her wonderful staff - nothing is too much trouble for them. I have no problem with them caring for my mum.
Outstanding in every way.

Incredible!

Having short listed and visited three care homes in the Ipswich area to provide care for my stepmother, myself and all my family members unanimously agreed that Park View would be an ideal home for her to spend the last few years of her life. Unfortunately, she died just two months after moving in. Our biggest regret was that she didn't live longer in a place where we knew she was at last somewhere safe, loved and well looked after.

Park View Care Home is an ideal place for people to live. Situated in South East Ipswich it is within easy reach for visitors. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are all professional and highly skilled. The care home is very clean and everything is of a high standard. The fees are competitive and are all-inclusive which is great. I know of someone who lived here a few years ago and they really enjoyed living at Park View so it was an easy decision for me to make Park View the care home for my aunty.

My father became a resident at Park View Care Home during lockdown. He received superb care and towards the end, life became more of a challenge. The wonderful staff did all they could to make him comfortable. They also provided great support for me during difficult times. Five stars all the way.

My father who has dementia went to Park View for 3 weeks respite. From walking into the building to getting him settled into his room was a positive experience mainly due to the attentiveness and professionalism of all the staff. During his stay, it was clear that the staff treated him as an individual and quickly identified his personal needs. In addition, they encouraged him to try new things e.g. joining in with the activities which he really enjoyed.

From my regular visits, I could see he was really happy, eating well, being cared for and being stimulated.

Upon the end of his 3-week stay, I took the decision for my father to remain in Park View as a permanent resident as I knew he would be very well cared for.

We moved our aunt to this home this month and have been stunned by how fabulous they have been. They have settled her in incredibly well and I have been really impressed when I have visited just how well they obviously know my aunt already.

The wellness team run a full programme of excellent activities. The nurses are kind and attentive. Really well managed. Well maintained. Hugely pleased we moved aunt here.
