Thank you so much for your kind review. We greatly appreciate your continued support.
Thank you so much for your kind comments and feedback and of course please do pop in any time for a cuppa and a catch-up. It was our pleasure.
Thank you for your kind review, please be assured that we check the rotas and team on duty regularly to ensure we have lots of hands on deck and also carry out regular call bell audits to ensure the response times are excellent, so I will review these again now to double-check as absolutely no one should be kept waiting. Thank you again for your feedback.
Thank you for your lovely review and it is a pleasure being able to support you all.
Thank you for your review, as always we really appreciate your feedback and we are pleased you felt your husband was cared for very well. It was our privilege to be able to support you both and we have some amazing memories of his music and the artwork he completed while he was with us at Park View, not forgetting the many funny moments. Regarding the staffing, I am sure you can appreciate it is a very busy community but we are able to ensure the correct team levels and hours are available with our processes, systems and checking routines. As you are aware we work as one team, so it is not only the care team but the other departments who are also available to support the residents. We will cherish the many memories, happy and sad and please keep in touch as you are always very welcome.
I cannot comment on the quality of the food, but the menus always appear to be interesting and varied. We are chaperoned throughout our visit, which is a basic rule of the Charity.
The public rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff have been successful in making them quite homely. Residents' rooms are clean and as tidy as the occupants wish to keep them !!
The Activities Team deserve a special mention because of the many and varied arrangements they make for film and slide shows, wildlife lectures and hobby type activities, Open Days, and Seasonal parties.
If I was responsible for finding accommodation for an elderly relative, it would be Park View.

A very warm welcome to Park View care Home
I have been working in health and Social Care services for over 30 years. My career has covered many interesting areas from emergency care, acute services, community nursing, qualifying as a district nurse and management. I made the transition to care home management in 2012.
I really enjoy working with people and what I love about this role is I can make a difference, ensuring that each of our residents is supported as an individual with dignity and respect. I love working with the care home team to support our residents as partners to fulfil their lifestyle choices, revisiting hobbies and developing new passions and lived experiences. Importantly, time to have fun and time to reflect.
I truly believe in a ‘hands on' approach working with the team and residents delivering quality care with compassion.
I look forward to welcoming you and your families to Park View Care Home

I started at Parkview when it opened in 2012. My dad was the very first resident in the home.
My first role was as a care assistant working on the Dementia floor.
My role then changed to be one of the domestic assistants and I worked my way up to become supervisor and now Head Housekeeper.
Me and my team of domestic assistants have pride in our work to keep the home a clean and pleasant environment for our lovely residents.
