Respite stays are subject to a 20% uplift on the prices shown above. Fees are subject to a pre-admission
needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each
individual. One bed suite rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded
Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

From my very first visit to my new home, I was most impressed with the everything. It looked more like a grand 5-star hotel than a care home. All members of the staff have been very kind and have greatly helped me to settle down.

As the husband of the resident who has had an acute stroke. I chose this nursing care home for the following reasons. Firstly because the Care Quality Commission report gave all five categories inspected a grade of Good. Secondly, because two acquaintances with connections to the home recommended it
and thirdly because the home had a pleasant atmosphere and more particularly the staff I met were very capable and above all caring.

My mother had to move from the care home she was in. This process can be stressful to the resident and relative who has to organise this. It is especially difficult trying to organise this over Christmas. Management and staff excelled themselves to enable this to happen and there is clear evidence of
caring teamwork. My mother has settled in quickly and looks very well, happy and cared for. She particularly enjoys interacting with staff and residents and joining in activities. The care staff go the extra mile; my mother looks well groomed. Thanks, Gracewell.

Very happy with Dad's care. He is always clean and looks cared for. Staff are always very helpful and families are always welcomed. We like the cafe - downstairs has a space to go and enjoy coffee with Dad if the weather isn't great. I can't actually think of anything negative to say! Very happy with
our choice!

I visit my befriending client three times a week in Gracewell and have done for around 3 1/2 years. The staff are friendly, efficient and very caring towards him. I marvel at their patience, with the responsibility they have. I would certainly trust them with any relative of mine.

Lovely welcoming entrance. I love the staff and rooms. I'm a bit disappointed that you got no discount when residents spend weeks in hospital. I know they still have the room but they are getting no care or food etc. Even 10% discount would be good.

From the minute that my mother and I first met the Home Admission Advisor, we knew that this was going to be the home for my mother.
The way that she showed respect and warmth towards my mother endeared us to the home.
The carers and nurses have built a lasting relationship with my mother which puts
my mind completely at rest.
This fantastic nursing home is more like one big family.
My mother and I could not be happier with our choice.

My father in law has dementia and has just moved into Gracewell (Frome). My wife and I have been very impressed with their professional, friendly and approachable manner.
The standard of care and understanding of his needs is very impressive. They are also very supportive as both my wife and her dad

I was impressed with the environment and staff during an initial visit to a friend who is an established resident. On this basis, we have just placed my father who is 91 with dementia, in their care.
Throughout the stressful process, their guidance, support and understanding has been excellent. The
staff are reassuring and professional in all they do. They instil confidence and I have been so grateful for their care of my father and can't thank them enough.

Gracewell of Frome is a wonderful home. The decor is clean and comfortable and homely. The opportunities for having fun and activities for the elderly are imaginative and appropriate. There is an atmosphere of calm and caring. The staff are all considerate and caring and highly committed to making the
residents lives more enjoyable. They make life good for all residents despite the varied problems they may be presented with. I highly recommend this home and commend the staff.

My nan stayed for 1 month after leaving from and hospital to build her strength and confidence after a fall and breaking her wrist. The staff couldn't do enough for her and also for myself and family.


I very much enjoyed visiting my nan in such a comfortable and welcoming environment and surroundings.
But

even more importantly my 18-year-old jack russell Ella Bella was in her element.

My father has been a resident at Gracewell of Frome since early May. He has Dementia and decreasing mobility at aged 96 years. I have been very impressed with the care that he has been receiving. The staff are all very kind and patient and take a lot of trouble to provide him with an appropriate care
package for his needs. There are activities and entertainment that he has been able to join in and he also seems calm, relaxed and contented which is very comforting for his family.

My mother has been at Gracewell for about 6 weeks and so far it has been a very positive experience. Most importantly, the staff are caring and friendly.
There are plenty of activities and the staff take the time to sit with and talk to the residents. There is a positive staff attitude towards dementia.
We like the way the home is organised into sections with up to 10 in each "wing". It means residents become familiar with a small group of people, eating and sitting together. Also, the garden is a huge asset in good weather. Having a receptionist means, as a visitor, you always get a warm welcome.

Rosetti is a wonderfully designed, beautifully clean and friendly care home. Rosetti is full of smiling, helpful staff who have all the residents individual time and dignity. The range of activities is amazing and so varied. My mum has improved so much since she has been here it makes me happy.

Gracewell's design, with small groups of rooms arranged around an easily accessible garden, makes for a feeling of home from home and the home is very much centred around the needs and desires of the residents. My late mother experienced Gracewell of Frome first as a mobile and independent resident
and then later confined to bed in the nursing wing. The home is friendly and welcoming to residents and their families and the care was exemplary throughout. During the last two weeks of my mother's life, we couldn't have wished for better or more loving support from everyone at Gracewell and this significantly contributed to her comfort and peacefulness as she drifted towards the end.

I can only praise the staff at Gracewell of Frome. The residents, including my mother, are well cared for, the food is good, the standards of cleanliness exceptionally high and the atmosphere welcoming. Like many people, I was worried about moving my mother into a care home but to see how settled and
happy she is, without becoming institutionalised, has put my mind at rest. I would wholeheartedly recommend Gracewell of Frome to others looking for a safe and secure place for their relatives.

Phil Vale

Job Title: General Manager

I’ve worked for some years in the care sector, including in care quality support roles. Prior to being General Manager here at Rossetti House, I was Head of Care at the home.


While there’s much to keep me busy in my job, by far my favourite part of the role is spending time with residents, particularly if we’re doing fun activities together. Enabling older people to enjoy life to the full is ultimately what each person who works here is passionate about – including me.


I look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful Frome home very soon and introducing you to our passionate, caring and skilled team.
