Gracewell of Frome is a wonderful home. The decor is clean and comfortable and homely. The opportunities for having fun and activities for the elderly are imaginative and appropriate. There is an atmosphere of calm and caring. The staff are all considerate and caring and highly committed to making the residents lives more enjoyable. They make life good for all residents despite the varied problems they may be presented with. I highly recommend this home and commend the staff.

My nan stayed for 1 month after leaving from and hospital to build her strength and confidence after a fall and breaking her wrist. The staff couldn't do enough for her and also for myself and family.

But even more importantly my 18-year-old jack russell Ella Bella was in her element.

My father has been a resident at Gracewell of Frome since early May. He has Dementia and decreasing mobility at aged 96 years. I have been very impressed with the care that he has been receiving. The staff are all very kind and patient and take a lot of trouble to provide him with an appropriate care package for his needs. There are activities and entertainment that he has been able to join in and he also seems calm, relaxed and contented which is very comforting for his family.

There are plenty of activities and the staff take the time to sit with and talk to the residents. There is a positive staff attitude towards dementia. We like the way the home is organised into sections with up to 10 in each "wing". It means residents become familiar with a small group of people, eating and sitting together. Also, the garden is a huge asset in good weather. Having a receptionist means, as a visitor, you always get a warm welcome.

Rosetti is a wonderfully designed, beautifully clean and friendly care home. Rosetti is full of smiling, helpful staff who have all the residents individual time and dignity. The range of activities is amazing and so varied. My mum has improved so much since she has been here it makes me happy.

Gracewell's design, with small groups of rooms arranged around an easily accessible garden, makes for a feeling of home from home and the home is very much centred around the needs and desires of the residents. My late mother experienced Gracewell of Frome first as a mobile and independent resident and then later confined to bed in the nursing wing. The home is friendly and welcoming to residents and their families and the care was exemplary throughout. During the last two weeks of my mother's life, we couldn't have wished for better or more loving support from everyone at Gracewell and this significantly contributed to her comfort and peacefulness as she drifted towards the end.

I can only praise the staff at Gracewell of Frome. The residents, including my mother, are well cared for, the food is good, the standards of cleanliness exceptionally high and the atmosphere welcoming. Like many people, I was worried about moving my mother into a care home but to see how settled and happy she is, without becoming institutionalised, has put my mind at rest. I would wholeheartedly recommend Gracewell of Frome to others looking for a safe and secure place for their relatives.

I visited a lot of care homes before I chose Rossetti House, but there was honestly no contest and my choice was an easy one. We are always made to feel very welcome and the staff care for my wellbeing too, recognising when I am sad due to my mum's cruel condition. The support that I have received has been really important in helping me to come to terms with my mum's condition and this new chapter in her (and my) life.

Gracewell (Frome) is friendly and welcoming. All of the staff, medical and administrative, are extremely helpful. The building, residents' rooms and facilities are really excellent. Super clean. Nothing seems to be any trouble for the staff who are polite and helpful at all times. As a regular visitor,k it is a pleasure to come and feel involved.

Having visited another home for 19 years, there is no comparison. It is excellent here at Gracewell.

The overall standard of this home is exceptionally good. The staff are fantastic and very caring, treating people with the dignity they deserve. This home feels very homely and the cleanliness is to a high standard. I would highly recommend this care provider to people and family members I know. I would be happy that if one of my family members needed their services, they would be in good caring hands.

My father has been a resident for three years now and has settled in very well. He is fed well and I feel is now safe and cared for he has a single lovely downstairs ensuite room with french doors opening outside which will be lovely when the weather warms up. There is a cinema room where he has enjoyed watching the rugby. It is bright airy surroundings which always smells clean!

All of the staff here are always friendly, helpful and polite.

I have been well cared for during a time of ill health. The carers have looked after me wonderfully. The rooms are kept beautifully clean.

I am so grateful to all the staff, both carers and admin who have cared for my parents with kindness, respect and humour. I highly recommend this care home to anyone who is looking for exceptional care with dignity and understanding in excellent surroundings. Abundant and delicious food, help-yourself 'cafe' are and a welcome for locals to drop in - it is the place to be.

Overall I have had a pleasant stay and most importantly been feeling safe and comfortable. The staff have been really helpful.

My father-in-law passed away this month after nearly 3 years of absolutely super care from Gracewell of From. The last two years, in particular, have been of ever-increasing standards. The staff are extremely caring with genuine concern and interest in the welfare of their patients. I know they absolutely adored him. His death in the home was dealt with great compassion and I will be eternally grateful with the love and dignity they gave to him in the last year of his life.
