Respite stays are subject to a 20% uplift on the prices shown above. Fees are subject to a pre-admission
needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each
individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing
Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Job Title: Home Manager
I am a qualified Learning Disability Nurse and have worked in the care industry since I was 18, starting out as a care worker and progressing into leadership roles. Over the years, I have built a strong foundation of skills and knowledge.
Before this, I was Director of Governance and Policy within a large health and social care provider. In this role, I set up governance and quality systems, introduced digital systems to improve oversight, and developed organisational processes to ensure compliance and sustainability.
As Home Manager of Maids Moreton Hall, it’s important that I’m resilient, empathetic, and have strong leadership skills. A good manager must be able to listen, solve problems, and support their team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care. Integrity, accountability, and the ability to adapt to challenges are also vital.
Spending time with residents is the highlight of my day. Hearing their stories, seeing them smile, and knowing that the team and I are making a positive difference to their lives reminds me why I chose this profession.
I am proud when residents and their families feel safe, valued, and supported. I am equally proud of my team when I see them growing in confidence and skills, working together to provide excellent care.
Outside of work, I enjoy family time with my husband and three children, and I’m a big animal lover with dogs and cats at home. I also enjoy travelling and visiting my farm in South Africa, reading, and creative projects.
