A first-class home that cares for its residents,
J H (Daughter-in-law of Resident)
The nicest most friendly care home I've visited. All the staff are extremely efficient and kind.
R F (Brother-in-law of Resident)
Everyone helped mum above and beyond. I really could not be happier and also so grateful. Thank you.

Thank you for your continued support and for taking the time to write us a review. It does mean a lot to the team.
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review and I'm glad the experience of Windsor Street has been so positive for you and your mum. If there is anything we can do for either of you, please don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of living with us at Windsor Street - it is a pleasure to have you with us. I will pass on your feedback to the team as I know they appreciate reading it.
We are so sorry for your loss and our thoughts are with your family at this difficult time. I understand that the Home Manager was supporting you with advice during your dad’s stay as far as she could, though specific decisions relating to medication are taken by residents’ GPs and not by our care teams. I understand how distressing it is when you see a loved one’s health deteriorate, though please understand that our care team really did want the best for him, working alongside medical professionals and the social care teams, as well as the teams at the hospital. I believe the Home Manager has tried to contact you recently and once again, please accept our deepest sympathy for the loss of your dad.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review, and for your kind words. The safety and happiness of our residents is so important to our whole team and I'm glad to hear that Mum is so settled at Windsor Street. I will make sure the team sees your feedback as I know it's important to them, and we're grateful to you for sharing your experiences of our home.
Thank you so much for your kind comments at what must be a very difficult time for your family. We were honoured to care for your mother at Windsor Street and she will be greatly missed by us all.
