We were all treated with enthusiasm, genuine care and an awareness of what a traumatic time this was for everyone. Facilities are exceptional and the other five homes we had viewed were not in the same league.

This is what care away from home should be like for everyone. The surroundings, decor and atmosphere are fantastic, but the level of care is what counts and it is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. We feel that dad is completely safe and looked after here. Everyone who works here seems very happy.

Brook Court provided a home from home for my aunt. She was treated with genuine loving care, dignity and kindness.

As a career, I was treated with kindness and involved in every decision. No question or query was too much trouble for the staff to answer. I would recommend Brook Court highly.

My mother was in Brook Court for the last few weeks of her life, we found this home to be the best in our area after a long search of care homes we were not disappointed. The care and dignity which my mum received was second to none. I would recommend this home to any family who wants the best care for their parents or partner. I would like to praise all the staff for their kindness to myself and my family.

I visited the home for the first time in February 2018. Very impressed by the surroundings, cleanliness and welcome on arrival.

I came to visit an old friend that I had been notified about, who was now living there. The carers were kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Very happy with the overall arrangements.
My sister has settled very well. At first she wanted to "go home" but has now accepted permanent residency.

She is well looked after but tends to be very anti-social and reluctant to move from her room and engage in activities and meals in the dining room. Anything you can do to encourage her would be appreciated.

The admission procedure was very straightforward and professional. Supportive staff, every effort made to settle the client into new surroundings. Lovely room overlooking the garden. Nice communal areas, smaller dining room which feels friendly. Only slight criticism is noisy food trollies. Helpful managerial staff always on hand to answer queries.

I could not have a better home for my mother. I had to move my mother from Wales to Kidderminster. I'm pleased to say my mother is settling in - no problems.

The care from the heart from everyone at Brook Court, both supporting myself and my mother through such a sad time. Dedicated nursing staff, kind, helpful and full of love towards their patents. The only way to explain is to say it was just like home with a very warm feel from the cleaner up to management. After looking for a care home for mom I looked at several but none compared to Kidderminster in any shape or form.

I can now say I am happy to see my mum at Brook Court, my mum has recently moved into Brook Court and all I can say is thank you. I know how other care homes work, but Brook Court is simply the best and I could not be happier with the care my mum is receiving. Words cannot express the relief I feel now my mum is happy and recently moved in. The nurses and care assistants are 100% dedicated. Brook Court does not feel like a care home/nursing home, its a family instead.

This care home has made such a difference to my mother in law, she is now happy, cared for by the best staff, clean, healthy and thriving within the environment. Every single member of staff from reception to care staff are dedicated, polite and genuinely want the best for mum, as well as taking an interest in the family. What a delight to see mum within the family of Brook Court, it's worth every penny and the excellence is superior in every aspect of Brook Court.

I can honestly say, this is the best care home. It is outstanding, the cleanliness is paramount and it had no care home 'odour' as many or most care homes do. It is organised excellently well and runs smoothly and I am there most days. My nan has improved so much, and now I am finally happy and have peace of mind to know nan gets the best quality of care I have ever seen. Brook Court has made nan and myself feel a huge part of the family. This is the best care home, the activities are amazing, what a joy to see nan engaged within the activities to offer nurture and love.

This home is well designed and with a pleasant and calming environment.
The staff are excellent, kind, caring, friendly and are very prompt to attend to residents' and relatives' needs.
It is well organized and I am very grateful to all the staff for the sensitive and flexible care and attention given to my father.

He has been made welcome and comfortable from the outset and the staff have made it easy for him to accept their help. He clearly feels at home and safe with the staff and enjoys their kind attention, and I am confident that he is being given the best possible care for his individual needs. Thank you All.

Good family atmosphere.
Dedicated staff who work extremely hard but they need more staff.
I know Dad is well looked after when I'm not here and if a problem does arise it is dealt with promptly.
Dad is bed bound and can be a challenge but he is handled properly and with care and consideration.
The place is more like a home than a care home.

The staff are all lovely.

My lovely gentle mum sadly passed away last week but she was treated with such love and kindness at Brook Court, I cannot thank the staff enough. They made her so welcome in the short time she was there and helped her to pass away peacefully and with the dignity she deserved. Mum was a proud woman who hated having to be 'cared for' but the staff at Brook Court made her feel valued and so very, very loved. I feel it is like my second home and I too have made so many good friends of both the staff and residents.

We chose Brook Court after visiting several other care homes because it offered what we wanted in terms of size, atmosphere and quality of care. All staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient and know the residents well. The family are treated with courtesy and are very approachable and residents are treated with great respect.

I enjoy being part of the team and working shoulder to shoulder with colleagues to face whatever the day may bring. Taking a hands-on approach means I can stay in touch with residents and find out how they are feeling – they are, of course, the most important people here.

I feel incredibly proud of what we do here, seeing residents enjoying their time at Brook Court. I was thrilled to have received five nominations for Deputy Manager of the Year when I was in that role; it meant so much to me.

I make a point of being available to residents, their relatives and colleagues. I enjoy being able to offer support and guidance where I can, but I also recognise how important it is to continue learning.

I decided to join Care UK because of its reputation. I have worked for other healthcare providers, and in my opinion, Care UK is by far the best.
