The staff have been lovely, the home is very pleasant and lovely. It's comfortable and beautiful. I have enjoyed walking around the gardens and sitting in the sunshine. The freedom to be able to have a wander around the home and still have access to my own interests and hobbies is very important to me. I have made good friends during my time in the home and I will be back to visit.
Thank you for taking to the time to write a review. We really appreciate it and we are so glad you have enjoyed your stay here with us.
We have seen a few care homes in the area and none of them compares to this one.
The food is well prepared and very tasty, you can order what you wish from a fresh menu and you feel that it is a pleasure for them to do it for you. The care you're provided with and the extras that are included are well worth the money.
Management is very adaptable and easy to talk to. I feel that they really care about me. The home manager likes to get involved with the residents and is highly motivated. The bedrooms are wonderful and spacious with nice views. I really enjoy attending the cinema club on Thursdays where we are given fresh homemade ice cream and popcorn!
Thank you for your kind words, we are so pleased that you are happy.
It would be lovely to see more residents come in to experience the care but only time and management can make this happen.
A big thank you to you all.
On entering the bright, modern, sweet smelling home, we immediately felt comfortable. It's a luxury home from home.
Mum has had all her needs met from hot baths to whatever meals she requires, head and hand massages in the early hours to help her relax.
5 days in she is very settled and is certainly asking for anything she requires.
She is being encouraged to be independent, so she can hopefully return to her own home again.
The home is open for Cinema Club and the community hair salon means that Mum can continue to visit even after she has returned home.

Meet the Team (2)

A registered nurse, Emma came to Caddington Grove as the Clinical Lead and was promoted to Home Manager in October 2022. With a Diploma in Adult Nursing with over 15 years experience, Emma led teams in the acute and primary sector before joining Hamberley. A skilled people manager, Emma enjoys recruiting and leading dedicated and skilled teams to provide outstanding care. Outside of her professional life, Emma loves Christmas - and if it were up to her, the Christmas decorations would be up in July! Emma enjoys every moment spent with her children and extended family.
“Our care home is a sanctuary of comfort and care, thoughtfully designed to meet your needs. Every member of the Caddington team is committed to providing personalised support in an environment filled with warmth and understanding.”

I joined the care sector after many years working with both the UK and US governments, where I advised on and managed relocation policies. While my past career journey gave me valuable experience in problem-solving, communication, and supporting people through big life changes, I felt a strong pull to take my career in a more personal and meaningful direction.
After caring for my late mother, I realised how deeply rewarding it is to support and help families and individuals during challenging times. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in care, where I can give back to society in a hands-on way and make a direct difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, I have a love for travelling the world and exploring new cultures, as well as reading a wide variety of books to keep learning and broadening my perspective.
