Thank you for your review. Your husband was a delight to support during his very short stay with us; we almost kept him! He and you are welcome back any time at all; we hope you will both visit us again, as you are part of our ever-growing family now. We have a garden party on 5th August, please come and join us for that and say hello it would be fantastic to see you both. Thank you again for taking the trouble to review our home and our wonderful team of hard-working staff.
Thank you for your review. Your relatives are a wonderful addition to our family and a pleasure to support. They really enjoy the activity sessions, especially the seated exercises. I am sorry you feel repairs take a bit longer than expected; sometimes, this is for sourcing parts. I am glad they are happy at Oak Hall and are enjoying the food. Thank you again for your review. Kind regards.
Thank you for your review. All care homes have found it difficult to recruit staff recently. I am pleased to say we have taken on many new staff, who are currently going through the recruitment process and will join the team very soon. We also have a fantastic electronic care planning system, which means you should not need to explain your care needs to the staff, as I know you find this tiring. I'm so glad your family like the new coffee machine; it's been a very welcome addition to the Bistro. Thank you again for your review, kind regards.
Thank you for your lovely review. Staff always work very hard to do their best for the residents and thank you for acknowledging this. Communication is key in any care home and for ensuring all residents receive the best possible care. Thank you again for your review. Kind regards, Jane.

It is lovely to know that the residents are satisfied with the standard of care they receive. To stay in the home for three and a half years just shows how happy they are. Thankyou for your review.
It was a great pleasure to look after your mum and support you all as a family. It was not for very long but it was an honour to be able to help in her final days.
Oak Hall is a large country house, beautifully refurbished and extended to provide a purpose built care home for its residents, some of whom live with dementia. Your mother informed us during her stay that she liked a variety of foods, including fish and white meat. Our menu for the day your mother chose the chicken dish also offered a vegetarian and fish option. Your mother heard all the options and chose the chicken dish. With regards to medications, I confirm that all medications on your mother’s current prescription were given to you on the day your mother left. All medication on your mother’s next prescription was due to be delivered to Oak Hall the following day, this was immediately notified to you and duly collected. It can be difficult for families when hospital placements are made without being given the choice, however, we very much enjoyed meeting and caring for your mother and hope she remains as happy in her new home as she was when she was living with us.
Thank you for your review and what you have said about reception and office staff who often get forgotten. I am glad that your Mum is happy in the home and that she enjoys eating in the bistro.
Thank you for the lovely review. We like to make the rooms a home from home and for the residents to feel like this is truly their home for the time they are with us.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We always like welcoming friends into the home and are very happy when people become part of our ever growing family.
