Thank you so much for the positive review of our home, Adamscourt. We are so happy to hear that Dad has settled in well and he always has a smile on his face, that means the world to us. We are also so happy to hear that you are reassured, it is such a huge step to take and it is very important to us that the person and their nearest and dearest are all happy and have no concerns.We have loved getting to know Dad and he is a real asset to the home. I am also pleased to hear you feel management and staff are communicating well with you and keeping you updated. I have spoken to the management and they have put in steps to address the issues you mentioned to ensure Mum's hearing aids are in place daily the menu board is updated daily and Laundry service is improved. I do hope you see an improvement in this area.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful review! It is a pleasure to look after Mum. We are so fortunate to have such a great staff team and we will certainly let them know of your kind comments. We work very hard to try to meet all expectations for everyone around the environment and meaningful activity. Thank you for recognising this.

Sorry we have upset you by giving your wonderful Mum notice to leave our care home; solely down to your unreasonable behaviour. Sad situation for Mum, moving 4 times prior; no fault of her own. She remains happy, settled, and is being cared for excellently by our carers. The manager tried to work with you and communicate effectively over a year. 70% of staff are English others level 6 or above. You used the word neglect and care failings which we find particularly upsetting and untrue. Every complaint you made to the home, SSrvs, CQC, Deprivation of Liberty Dept, have all been investigated by the relevant authority and not upheld. We have worked in an open and transparent way with every dept and have evidence from all of them that we have not in any way neglected Mum and are meeting her care needs, over and above expectations. We hope, now other agencies are involved in finding her a new home, she be allowed to settle and thrive, as she has with us and can live the remainder of her life in one home, peacefully.
