Good Afternoon. I am the new manager and I can confirm I haven't given notice to anyone in the past two months whilst new to post, but I would confirm I take all complaints very seriously and will continue to do so. We have a new chef who has worked with all the residents to achieve home-cooked meals of choice, and the activities are here for everyone I can only but apologise if your experience with your bother wasn't what you expected and as a family, I wish you all the very best Tracy Slim.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have only received one concern from you, regarding the bowls being too hot, and that matter has been addressed. You also scored activities one star, but have not said why. I will arrange for our head chef and head of lifestyles to meet with you to discuss the concerns you have, because we want to do what we can to make any improvements and be a better place to live. I am sorry that we have not met your expectations and that you have experienced this.
