Staff always very supportive & caring. They also are informed & know how to respond to anything unusual & are speedy in their response to anything urgent. I am contacted quickly after anything out of the ordinary, once medical advice has been sought. They also take care of the ordinary, that I may not
have thought of, e.g. with dentures. I am so relieved that all the pressures I had have been under are lifted off me.

My elderly Father has been a resident at Braeburn for almost two years. During that period he has received the best possible professional care, kindness and consideration. I have previously recommended this small care home to friends and will continue to do so if my opinion is sought.

We couldn't ask for better care for mum. She is treated with such kindness. It is such a happy home, lots of laughter and fun together with care and compassion. The residents are taken out, they have entertainment and they are served delicious food. Mum is genuinely happy there and we are so grateful

My mother has been very well cared for for the last 6 years. When she first became a resident she was very active and they encouraged her to participate in all the ectivities they organised. As her dementia worsened they adjusted her care and provided one to one care. The staff are very friendly and
caring and all get on very well together. They are inspired by a well motivated management team.

My husband has been a resident for almost 4 years and I am delighted with the care he receives. He is bedridden, & non verbal. The staff are wonderful with him making sure he is comfortable, given the respect that he deserves & especially excellent care. He is given lots of one on one time which I can
see he enjoys. He's able to view the entertainment that goes on within the home via a smart tablet.
The staff pay attention to small details that make a residents stay more like home from home. Staff are amazing all of them.

Applewood provided end of life care for my husband, he was admitted to Applewood with a progressive illness and throughout this difficult journey he was looked after with kindness and support. As a family we were also looked after with equal kindness and support. I really don't know how we as a family
could have navigated our journey without the support we received, we will be forever grateful. I should add communication between us as a family and Applewood was faultless, calls always answered promptly and I was always informed immediately of any concerns or worries. Thank you to everyone at Applewood, the staff work as a team and every member of staff contributed to his care and well being.

My mother needed respite care a couple of years ago, and stayed in Milkwood for 6 weeks. When she needed a permanent facility earlier this year, Milkwood was the first place I wanted her to go. The staff are so kind and patient with her, despite her often awkward, dementia driven, behaviour, and will
always try to distract her from sad moments. They clearly care for their residents and I love the amount of different activities they do. It gave me a big smile to see my mum dancing on TikTok!
