When my sister had a fall at home ,we as a family decided that it would be best for her to go into care. After a visit to Templemore we were so pleased that they were able to take her in within a week. The staff are all kind and caring and my sister has settled in very well. Her room is lovely and the whole place is nice and clean

My mum moved in January and was very upset at the move however the staff have been so kind to her to help her settle in. The laughter, care and compassion have shone through. I felt safe leaving my mum. She is in a routine now which is great. She loves going out with the activity coordinator. She loves having her nails painted by the care staff. These little details matter. I feel the staff have been very kind and welcoming to us as a family too.

Best care I could ever have from all of the staff which makes me feel very comforted. As far as I am concerned the staff in my opinion they are not staff they are friends. It's a great atmosphere to grow old in.

My wife has been at St Anns for approx. 3 months, at first she had trouble settling in but after a review by the nursing staff, she has settled in nicely. All the staff are really friendly, helpful and supportive in actual fact, they can't do enough to ensure my wife's stay is as good as it can be. I had my problems leaving her at the beginning, but now my guilt has eased.

Since the home has been taken over by new management the change in the care , atmosphere & general day to day running of the home has been extraordinary. My Nan has not had it easy since becoming a resident 18 months ago, however the care, love & support she has received recently has shown the incredible change .Unfortunately my nans needs have become increasingly difficult recently, however Nan has been massively supported & us as a family by both the care workers & the management team. We will be forever grateful for the support we're receiving.

From the first day, I was treated with care and respect. The room was very comfortable and clean.

As a family we are very pleased with the exceptional care that our mother receives. Staff are attentive and have developed a lovely relationship with our mum. The environment is always clean and very well maintained. Staff respond to any queries or questions we may have and always follow up to check with us that we are happy with the care our mother receives. Overall we are very happy with our mother's experience and the support she is given.

Mum has been a resident at St Ann's for just over 2 years. I love the friendly, homely feel that the St Anns has. I always think that Mum is very well cared for and the staff are very aware of each resident's needs and how best to help them. The home is always clean and tidy. Its bright decoration makes it a lovely environment and the meals always smell and look really good. I am really happy that we found St Anns, it is a huge decision to choose a care home especially when looking for Dementia care but St Anns is a wonderful home and I feel that Mum is happy there.

I take my friend to visit her father. I think this is a lovely care home. When you come in there are no nasty smells, as there are in some places. Everywhere is clean, the staff are friendly and always helpful. The food looks and smells nice, important as some seniors have poor appetites. I rate this care home very highly. Please pass my thanks on to all the staff.

My dad has just recently died having lived at St Anns for almost three years. During this time, the staff have been wonderful. They are a super team, and I have a great respect for them all. They have always shown such compassion and professionalism. They have always kept me informed and supported me as my dad's health deteriorated. I have always felt welcome regardless of the time of day or night. They have always treated my dad with great respect, love and an abundance of care. I was glad my dad spent his last years in such a caring and happy place. As a family, we appreciate you all.

It is lovely to feel safe and cared for. I'm very happy here. The staff are all so good to me. On the whole, it's a much better place to be in. I have to thank all the girls.

Mum has been a resident for over two years now. I reviewed lots of care homes in the area and was so pleased I found St Anns. It’s not too big, but is large enough to have good facilities, including a nice dining room and a really good sized lounge. The garden is lovely and has some nice seating areas. The staff have been great and listen to what the residents want. Mum’s health needs are taken care of. For those that want to take part in crafts and activities, they are tailored to the residents needs.

I found the staff extremely kind and caring and very easy to approach.

Mum has continued to thrive this year and I am always delighted to see the care and attention that the carers give to the residents in what is a very challenging job.
