about Nayland House, and true to its name we remain extremely impressed at the exceptional level of care it provides. Clinical and management staff are polite, respectful and keep us fully informed about developments including weekly medical reviews. We have complete confidence that my mother is being looked after by the best possible team. We see firsthand when we visit her how happy she is, and how much she is looked after. I am a practising GP myself so am fully aware of the holistic needs required to look after complex residents such as my mother. However, I would not hesitate to recommend the Nayland House to anyone looking for a nurturing, supportive and loving home.

I am always asked if I would like tea/coffee and biscuits when my father has his. The care home is more like a hotel and I wish my first experience of care work had been somewhere like this. Along with facilities, this care home is value for money.
