I think it is easy to always see the negatives in everything but really feel the care has been first class, thank you from the bottom of my heart (and can also probably speak for my whole family).

Our time spent with our friend was a joy but was enhanced by having a lovely setting and a delightful lunch to share together. Her team leader and his team were delightful.
Well done to you all - it's not easy to keep up this high standard. - but please do! A welcomed breath of fresh air. I hope that this message will be shared - from the manager to the respectful cleaner - you all have a vital role to play to make Glastonbury Care Home a home! Great.
