The home has catered to my relative's needs with care, compassion and professionalism. Staff are welcoming to me on visits and keep me updated on matters and decisions need to know about but do not trouble me with minor day to day issues. My relative is able to live a full life and is extremely happy at the home. She appreciates the staff and sees the home as her home. Francis house is always extremely clean and information about meals/trips out is on the walls as well as photos of residents at various occasions and days out.

I am very pleased with the care given to my brother. He is well supported to live as independently as possible. All of the staff are kind and friendly and I am always made to feel welcome when I visit. My brother feels safe and well cared for and part of a family. The home is well run and the management provides opportunities for trips out. I feel well informed and that I could ask questions at any time. I feel very lucky that my brother has such a lovely place to live.
