I am very pleased with the level of care given to each individual resident by all members of staff, with the helpfulness of all staff, with the cleanliness of bedrooms and bathrooms, with the quality of food provided, and with the level of medical attention given.

My brother in law Brian is in safe hands with lovely staff looking after him. He says that the food is excellent and his room is very comfortable The system for checking in and out is efficient and straightforward

Lovely care home and lovely staff, friendly and helpful they treat my mother-in-law with the upmost dignity and care, she can be difficult at times but the staff take that in their stride and it is very reassuring that she is looked after so well.

He can be challenging at times but the staff are very good with him, patient and caring. They do their best to involve him in activities and outings when possible, nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff and management are very caring and supportive towards myself and family too. They made a lovely party for us for our wedding anniversary.

My partner has been in Kingston Court for over a year. He is treated with dignity and respect at all times. The staff, and I mean all departments, are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble to residents or visitors. Well done to you all. x

We were visiting a friend who is a resident. Everywhere is clean and tidy, our friend is warm and comfortable, and commented that the food is very good. All the staff we met were very friendly, making us feel welcome. We would put Riverwell Beck top of any list of care homes.

My aunt is settled and happy and engages in the various activities and enjoys the interaction

My husband has just completed a 2-week respite stay. He was very well cared for which gave me complete trust in his wellbeing. Hopefully he will have another longer block of respite which will help my wellbeing enormously. The staff gave me a lot of help and guidance for the future. Thank you all.

Mam has been in Riverwell Beck dementia care four years now and has been very happy there. She loves all the staff and has always been well looked after by everyone. Just recently she became unwell and had to go into hospital this had a bad effect on her and she wasn't very good, within a few days of being back at the Home the caring and wonderful staff had got her back to eating and drinking again, walking about again and looking more like her usual self. Thankyou to all of the lovely caring staff they are all amazing and appreciated so much.

This is a well-run home, the staff are efficient, friendly and competent. I would not hesitate to send my wife there. I would also add compassion and understanding to the overall experience!

The staff seemed to really understand the needs of my friend and were very caring. All seemed well ordered, calm, clean and appropriate. We were made very welcome and looked after well during our brief visit.

My mum has been a resident at Kingston Court for over a year now, and I can honestly say the care she receives has been life-changing. When she first arrived, we had been told she only had weeks to live. Thanks to the incredible dedication of the team, she settled quickly and has continued to respond so well to the care and support around her.

Every member of staff - from the nurses and carers to the cleaners, reception team, maintenance, activities staff, and the manager, Kim - shows genuine commitment to providing the highest standard of care. Their warmth, professionalism, and consistency shine through every day.

I visit my mum as often as I can, but on the days I'm unable to be there, I have complete peace of mind knowing she is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who truly look after her wellbeing. That reassurance is priceless.

I am deeply grateful to everyone at Kingston Court. They have made such a meaningful difference to my mum's quality of life, and to mine.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for the past 18 months. My mother-in-law frequently tells us that she is happy at Kingston Court, the staff treat her with kindness and respect. The activity staff made a great effort to include her in daily activities and outings that were of interest to her. As a family, we had peace of mind that she was well cared for. The staff communicated concerns to the family. We cannot thank them enough.

My Mam has now settled in the home very well. She has had a bad year wtih everything but from the clinic, the hospital then came here. I now think she is happy and all the staff are amazing. They all know her by her first name. All staff and management are wonderful. The home is amazing.

While I was sitting with mum all the care/nursing staff kept popping in talking to mum holding her hand and also consoling me,provided me with an evening meal and countless cups of tea.I was so greatfull for their kindness and support.

When I visit my friend, all the staff are polite, friendly, professional and very caring for the patients. My friend is very happy with the care he receives and always says how good all the staff are to him. I have noticed how they treat him when I'm visiting, and they obviously love him and show a thoroughly caring nature. I would like to thank them all.

To everyone at Kingston Court, thank you all so much for the support and care use give my Brother John, it is second to none, also for the support use give me when I visit. Nothing is ever too much trouble for us. Always going the extra mile to provide help. Again, for the office staff, reception and everyone involved at Kingston Court, I thank you.

My Dad stayed for a week at Riverwell Beck for respite. He was very well looked after and the staff were all very caring and attentive. The room was lovely and very clean. Thank you all for your care.
