South Beach House

I was completely and utterly delighted with South Beach Care Home! Our Mum was treated like royalty! Everyone was extremely kind and caring - words can’t even express just how kind they were and the lengths they went to for our Mum! They loved her and often told her so! Mum thrived there, even although
she arrived with depression and neither of us were excited about the prospect of a Care Home. However, we were so wrong, it was amazing and Mum actually recovered from her depression and regained her mobility. She even danced during her time there. I have honestly never seen my Mum so happy. The staff liaised with us and worked in partnership with us and their communication was faultless. They even called when she was on a weekend visit to my house to see how she was and welcomed her back so kindly and enthusiastically on her return. The staff are passionate about what they do - also evident in the many and varied activities provided 3 times a day for the residents.

The management and staff at South Beach, in my opinion, are all above and beyond. I did not wish for my Mum to go into a care home. When Mum arrived at South Beach they seamlessly had the balance of taking care of every detail and at the same time, I felt very involved in mum’s care which I wanted.
They think of things that truly matter and are way beyond my expectations. All staff had a lovely manner and all the food was home cooked. Entertainment was excellent.
