All of the staff were great, the senior team are very focussed on their guests, spending time helping them with any needs (e.g. using a mobile phone) even when they're clearly very busy. They organised a proper Christmas party and take time to have entertainment and activities on the go. The manager is doing a great job. In the past, the home was owned by a different company and things were not so good, since the new ownership/manager/team/investment you should have no worries for your family member to move here, if only the same level of interest in guests' well-beings were shown in all establishments!
