We were welcomed even from out 'look around visit'. There was a problem with ambulance control for an appoint + the sister went out of her way to help. Every question I have asked has been abled to answer. Mum is relaxed, more chatty than in a least 8 months, watches tv + has made friends. Her friends are always welcomed.

Her room is clean and organised. And, Herlene appears to be happy and healthy.

Staff are lovely and friendly. Mum seems to be comfortable and relatively happy, and looked after very well.

i visit my grandmother roughly 4 times a week. each day we see her, the rooms are well kept/cleaned, the residents are always clean/ well dressed and looked after. regularly one of the nurses/carers will pop into them and make sure everybody and everything is ok. i have always been anxious in regards to admitting a relative to a home, but the staff have eased those worries, very much so.

My husband is staying temporarily for respite and has dementia. The home is very welcoming, staff and manager are always helpful and accessible; responsive to any of my questions.. Comfortable, clean and my husband is happy with the food. Good security system and I'm happy to sign in and to feel that he's safe.

My mum has recently moved into the home. The staff have made the transition from hospital a very smooth one. Each time we visit, my mum also appears happy, clean and well dressed. Staff are always extremely welcoming and friendly and this reflects in the care that they show to the residents. It was a huge decision moving my mum to a nursing home but I'm confident and happy we've made the right choice

My mother has not been a resident for long when we came to visit the home before she moved in we were very happy with the staff that showed us around. Since she moved in mum has said she likes the staff and the manager, which is unusual for her because she normally dislikes hospital staff. The staff I have met when visiting mum have been polite and caring for mum.

My mother settled in quickly and the staff soon got to know and understand her as a person. The nursing home seems well managed and the staff are always present, responding to residents needs. Some of the decor is tired but clean and tidy. My mother enjoys the food and we are told by staff she eats well! (They know her likes :)

We the family are very pleased, with the way my husband has been looked after. The staff are very caring, when he is ill. They are very good about making sure he gets a visit from the doctor very quickly. He can be awkward about taking medication, they always make sure he takes it.

Mum has been in the Rozelle Nursing Home for 9 months now. In that time her physical health has improved. She has dementia. She is kept warm and clean and is well fed. I am surprised at how well Mum has settled in here as she was very against going into a home. The staff seem to know her character well and cope with her being difficult about medication and personal care.

Everyone in the home has been more than helpful. They are always cheerful and can't do enough to help.

Dad is happy, he loves the food and his cups of tea, which the staff are always willing to get for him when needed. Would highly recommend Avenue Road Nursing Home.

I can easily get information about my wife from them, and I have full access to an excellent set of records.

All the carers are excellent with me, feel safe and generally happy with the care I get. Friendly, homely environment.

Well-being is a huge priority to me. I have nothing but praise for the care my sister-in-law has received since coming to Rozelle's 6 months ago. The respect, care and overall consideration she has received is a major factor in being able to at last be comfortable with her support at this difficult time. Thank you so much Rozelle's.

Friendly staff. Rather tired furniture. However is well clean and maintained. Great activities. The manager is very approachable and visible. Residents are treated with kindness and respect.

My mother has been a resident in Rozelle Nursing Home for 5 months. I believe her care to be excellent. Her hygiene needs are well managed, she has regular food and always has hot and cold drinks offered. Beyond this the staff have a very caring, friendly manner and during the day they spend time talking to the residents. They are obviously well trained in dementia care. They also have frequent games and singing. The live singer at Christmas was a highlight. My mother sang along to every carol.
