My mother settled in quickly and the staff soon got to know and understand her as a person. The nursing home seems well managed and the staff are always present, responding to residents needs. Some of the decor is tired but clean and tidy. My mother enjoys the food and we are told by staff she eats well! (They know her likes :)

We the family are very pleased, with the way my husband has been looked after. The staff are very caring, when he is ill. They are very good about making sure he gets a visit from the doctor very quickly. He can be awkward about taking medication, they always make sure he takes it.

Mum has been in the Rozelle Nursing Home for 9 months now. In that time her physical health has improved. She has dementia. She is kept warm and clean and is well fed. I am surprised at how well Mum has settled in here as she was very against going into a home. The staff seem to know her character well and cope with her being difficult about medication and personal care.

Everyone in the home has been more than helpful. They are always cheerful and can't do enough to help.

Dad is happy, he loves the food and his cups of tea, which the staff are always willing to get for him when needed. Would highly recommend Avenue Road Nursing Home.

Well-being is a huge priority to me. I have nothing but praise for the care my sister-in-law has received since coming to Rozelle's 6 months ago. Friendly staff. Rather tired furniture. However is well clean and maintained. Great activities. The manager is very approachable and visible. Residents are treated with kindness and respect.

My mother has been a resident in Rozelle Nursing Home for 5 months. I believe her care to be excellent. Her hygiene needs are well managed, she has regular food and always has hot and cold drinks offered. Beyond this the staff have a very caring, friendly manner and during the day they spend time talking to the residents. They are obviously well trained in dementia care. They also have frequent games and singing. The live singer at Christmas was a highlight. My mother sang along to every carol.

The home is comfortable and welcoming, clean and tidy. The staff to know residents very well and try to accommodate their likes and dislikes. Our friend is very accommodated and contented here, feels safe and well looked after. Manager is very approachable and friendly.

My dad moved in from the hospital and was made very welcome. He was able to bring many of his own things ans staff helped make him feel settled. I really like all the staff and managers who clearly care for my dad and the other residents. He chooses not to take part in activities, but staff spend time with him and continue to offer him things to do. He really needs the care and support they provide, and I am happy that he is cared for and safe.

They have always engaged with my grandmother in ways which was a joy to watch. Always get us updated and asked relevant questions.

Over the 2 and a half that mum was cared for by the nursing home was excellent she was cared for with dignity and understanding. Mum was clean and comfortable. They were always patient with mum when giving her food and drink. She was always happy and content. I appreciate what they did for mum. I would always recommend people to taking their family member to this nursing home because they will get excellent care.

All the staff are friendly and appears to care about the welfare of the residents. Activities are arranged with the residents which family and friends are invited. Regular reviews of residents care package.

Since coming to Avenue Rd, Nursing Home I have been treated very well, staff, manager, they all have been kind and courteous. The food has been very good, good portion sites and varied menu. Second to none.
