Overall Experience
I have been impressed from my first impression. Meeting all the staff, I've been welcomed and met with a smile, friendliness, respect, courtesy and an incredible willingness to accommodate me and answer my queries and requests. Allowing for settling in emotional reactions, I've seen most of the residents happy and well looked after. There do seem to be a few snagging repair problems unattended to.
I'm not sure I could even afford to live in such a prestigious abode but I am more than happy to visit and use the facilities. Thank you.
