After visiting different care homes, I decided on Town End Close, after being impressed with the friendliness and attitude of staff whilst visiting - remaining the same throughout my stay. I shall be calling them each time I need respite care (October, Easter and summer). My stay for five weeks has been most enjoyable.
Town End Close is a little gem of a care home. Spotlessly clean, smartly furnished and of manageable size. The staff are extremely caring and thoughtful. The food is varied and appetising. Visitors are offered a cup of tea instantly. In future years, it would be lovely if a conservatory could be...
Town End Close is a little gem of a care home. Spotlessly clean, smartly furnished and of manageable size. The staff are extremely caring and thoughtful. The food is varied and appetising. Visitors are offered a cup of tea instantly. In future years, it would be lovely if a conservatory could be built off the lounge into the rear garden. The large loud TV isn't always welcome to all residents.

She had opportunities to go on all the trips they had and was taken down to the park quite often in her wheelchair, which she loved to do.
