We are sorry to hear of your concerns and appreciate you sharing them.We have a preventative pest control contract in place with visits eight times a year. Following a recent sighting of a rat, a visit was carried out but no evidence of infestation was found.As we are an Extra Care housing location, activities are primarily resident-led, with our Location Manager supporting by promoting and advertising them. Chiropody is not a service provided by Anchor, though residents can arrange external providers and we understand families often help with this too.When away or on annual leave, our Location Manager, places a notice on his office door with contact details for support in his absence.We also note your comments about building improvements and the assisted bathroom, and we will continue to monitor these closely.
