I think the best thing I can say is that I know in my heart that my mum is safe and has people around her who have her best interest at heart and give her the support that she needs.

My mother enjoys life at Signature. The staff are very caring, and the activities on offer are enjoyable and stimulating, both physically and mentally. The team create an exceptionally warm environment for residents and their guests. I know that she is safe and well cared for, and I continue to recommend Signature to my friends and family!

I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. They have really looked after my mother since her arrival three years ago, and as such, my mother really loves life at Signature. She certainly enjoys the banter with the staff she has developed during that time, and long may that continue. I would certainly recommend Signature to anyone who is looking for a friendly and professional residential care home; their professionalism certainly shines through, and long may that continue to do so.

The food is fabulous, and the surroundings are lovely. Indeed I am so grateful that we discovered this delightful care home.

Change is not easy, and inevitably, Mum has up days and down days, but she seems safe and well cared for. Moving into a home does mean some reduced privacy - particularly until new norms are established - but I think the people at Signature have done their best to deal with this.

My mother initially spent several weeks at the home for respite care and decided to stay on as a permanent resident. The staff have been outstanding in making her welcome and caring for her needs, while the management was very helpful, and flexible as Mum transitioned into permanent care. The facilities are excellent, and opportunities for residents to socialise and spend time doing activities are first-class.

The care home looking after my older sister is very good all-round. Of course, my one day visit cannot test every aspect of care, but my own experience on the day was excellent - with very caring and polite staff. My sister gave me very good reports of many experiences she has had and is extremely happy with her care. Value for money is one thing I cannot comment on.

Extremely helpful staff and management at all times, including support to acquire and collected spectacles at their own expense. Pleasant garden and sun lounge in the open air. Medical help on hand.

Overall, great all-round on all levels.

A little disappointed that my father lost both his hearing aids and mislays his only pair of glasses on a regular basis!

Excellent care for my father. They managed to find a place for him after a sudden hospital admission and have been very flexible about the length of his stay. His health has improved rapidly thanks to the care and support of the staff. He has really enjoyed his time here and plans to come back when the time is right.

The manager was exceedingly helpful and understanding of my needs, and I consider her an asset to the establishment.

As I do not live in the area, I visit every twelve weeks. The resident I visit it wonderfully looked after, appears to be very comfortable and happy. I am very impressed by the entertainment the residents enjoy.

My mother has a brief respite care experience of Sunrise from late August to 7th September 2021. She arrived from the hospital. Her care was well-planned, and the support she required was just what was needed. Staff were friendly and professional. Mum had a severe stroke there days before she died; she was cared for sympathetically and attentively. The support for the family in this period was outstanding, especially on the night she died.

The level of care at Sunrise is truly excellent, and my mother has been treated with dignity and kindness by amazing staff. It has been no trouble at all to extend her respite stay, which has provided reassurance and welcome stability, as plans have had to change. The facilities are very impressive and provide a really comfortable and friendly environment with plenty of organised activities and themed decorations to brighten and engage the residents. The food is really high class with plenty of choices, and it is relaxing for visitors to enjoy the Bristo refreshments.

Staff are always cheery, helpful and reactive to any queries raised.

More importantly, it was the care and empathy that the Sunrise staff showed towards the residents that have left such a lasting impression on me.

Having been very apprehensive before joining Sunrise of Esher - my mother has blossomed with her newly made friends and community that is Sunrise of Esher. She is so happy to partake in many of the activities on offer and enjoys the independence of her accommodation when she wants it. Looking back, she has made a big move and has benefited hugely from it.
