Overall Experience
My mother is well cared for and the management and staff are very friendly, nice and kind to her and to me when I regularly visit. I wish there were more activities and things for her and the other residents to do though.

Overall Experience
Overall standard good. Can be a bit cramped for space for visitors. Perhaps some recliner chairs could be installed in the lounge for residents. Made to feel welcome when visiting, tea and coffee available.
