Overall Experience
We came to see mum in March for Mother's Day. We were really surprised to see the changes that have been made since our last visit.
Very welcoming staff, a big improvement on the reception area and much cleaner and brighter. Also offered tea/coffee and biscuits of which we gave not been offered...

Very welcoming staff, a big improvement on the reception area and much cleaner and brighter. Also offered tea/coffee and biscuits of which we gave not been offered before. Nice touch. Also, new furniture made a difference.
Undergoing refurbishment at the moment but big improvements already,
Mum was very pleased to see us and seemed very happy and comfortable with the new staff. She was well dressed and looked lovely.
This was an unannounced visit as we travelled to see her from Stockport, Cheshire.
We were very impressed with all the improvements being made.
The manager explained all the changes they were making and we were very impressed with he.r
