Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our service and for your very kind words about the staff team and the acting manager. Our activity coordinator decided to change careers and, I agree with you, she has been missed by the residents as well as the staff. However, we have a new activities team that we introduced at the relatives meeting yesterday and they spoke about their plans for the service. If you want to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to approach them or the manager next time you are in the home. Thank you.
