Mum enjoyed her 5 year stay at Willow Grange. The building is beautiful and was modernized during her stay. We also saw a few changes in staff over the years, but the thing that didn't change over that time was the care that Mum received. In your old age, there is nothing more important than having people around you who care, and the staff at Willow Grange really do care.

Since dad has been at Willow Grange I have been pleased with the overall care. From my point, he is warm, dry and cared for. The staff are always friendly when I visit and I know requests are dealt with promptly when asked. The entertainment is varied and residents are encouraged to participate as much as they can.

My aunt has been a resident for 6 months now and is happy to call this home. Nothing is too much trouble for the team here and they have been immediate in their response when my aunt has been ill. The local GP visits a couple of times a week (who was already our GP) plus they have a hairdresser and chiropodist who is a regular visitor for anyone who wants or needs one. There are always trips and activities planned and freshly cooked food available, even toast at 5 am when auntie often wakes. Auntie has her own furniture which the staff helped us move it in, and they have helped her to decorate her room for Christmas.

The whole team at Willow Grange are like a family to us now and their support is brilliant.

We have been visiting here for the last 6 months and have been happy with the care that my father has received. The home has a very active entertainment policy. Halloween was fun. Christmas starts early and the staff participate with enthusiasm. Dad always is happy and very well cared for.

Always made welcome when I visit my mother. Mom is well looked after, should there be a problem, staff are happy to listen and sort things out. I feel happy knowing mom's care is good. I have sometimes been there when meals are served which always look appetizing! It is also good to know that they get mid-morning and an afternoon snack and drinks. The staff all seem pleasant and work hard, mom seems to be popular with them. I also think the activities put on for them are good and varied. Mom also has the opportunity to be taken out on trips to the theatre, meals, etc which I think is important for them. The activity team work hard in what they provide and how they look after the residents. Would also like to comment on the cleaning, everywhere is kept to a high standard and done on a regular basis. A big thank you to all involved in looking after my mom's welfare.

My husband was in respite in Willow Grange for two weeks. I found the care given to my husband was excellent. The staff were very attentive and kind. He was cleaned and well cared for. The deputy manager explained everything to me and took a lot of time with me. She was very professional and kind.

Mom has mixed dementia and went to Willow Grange for respite, it's a fabulous home! Great decor, lovely atmosphere and a stunning garden but more importantly, the staff are friendly and welcoming and tend the residents with care and understanding. There is a great staff team and there is always something going on to keep residents occupied and happy which is vital for their well being. A big 'Thank you' to all the staff for taking such good care of Mom during her stay at Willow Grange!

Mum is very active mentally and would let me know if she wasn't happy and she would also be aware of any undue bad vibes from staff and would let them know. But there has not been. As I am aware the staff are extremely kind and professional. When arrangements ar3e made for trips out, theatre or meals etc., Mum is always there and is very supportive of all events.
