Mum seems settled in this home and I find the home very clean and tidy. The carers are very friendly and work very hard. My faults that I have are only small, like for example, putting a bra on mum, she's always worn a bra so I'd like her still to wear one, when I went to get one today 3 have fone missing,
laundry don't know where they've gone. Also, mums hair sometimes looks like its never been brushed.

I have found this residential home very open and comfortable. The staff are friendly, understanding and approachable. The facilities and entertainments are excellent. I am content that my mother is cared for and supported to a high standard.

Sadly this is my last review of Sheraton Court as my dad passed away recently. I decided to write a final review because my dad had the greatest of care from the moment he arrived right up to the time he passed away over 12 years later. The room was ideal as it had everything that he required and the
public areas were clean with high-grade furniture and fittings. The canteen was clean and welcoming with the food of the highest standard. Finally the staff, they are the jewel in the crown who are welcoming to visitors and caring and attentive to the residents. I’m hoping that Sheraton Court will continue to maintain these high standards and wish them the best for the future.

I cannot praise the staff at Sheraton enough, lovely people. My dad was so well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. I am so glad he ended his days in such a lovely care home, being looked after by professional caring people. The staff and the home are a credit to HC One.

My father in law has been a resident for 12 years and it really is a home away from home. His needs are met by a fantastic team of people who go above and beyond to see him happy and content. Today’s visit coincided with a Christmas party. Hot mince pies and a sherry accompanied by a school choir singing
Christmas carols. Home is just wonderful. Staff entered into the spirit with festive jumpers and the decorations are beautiful. Thank you to all the staff and management for a lovely festive visit.

When visiting the home to see my father in law I was very impressed by the Christmas ‘feel’ around all areas and the staff were all joining in and contributing to the cheerful atmosphere relative to this time of year. My father in law seemed happy and contented and was enjoying the festivities going

My mam has been a resident at Sheraton Court for 8 and a half years and now classes this as her home. I feel that the continuity of staff is of great importance, making my mam's home as comfortable and happy as possible. If any problems do occur, I know I can always approach management with my concerns.
They always make time to listen and act to solve the issue, making my mam part of the Sheraton Court family.

This is an excellent home from home for Mam and Dad. All the staff, from the management to the support staff, are approachable, kind and caring, and extremely professional. Any minor niggles are always swiftly dealt with and without fuss. I would unreservedly recommend this home to others.

I have not seen my dad for a while and it was so nice to see him contented. Very friendly staff who made me feel very welcome after my five-hour journey, with a tray and sandwiches. The home has a homely feeling as soon as you walk through the door.
My dad is not an easy man to get along with and can
be rather bad-tempered at times but it appears staff know my dad's needs and deal with him very well. The staff are a credit to the care sector with their outstanding, caring natures.

I am really happy with all the staff within Sheraton Court. When visiting my great-granddad I am always greeted with a smile and everybody is always helpful. My great-granddad always looks smart and happy which is all I could ever ask for. When I am visiting I am always offered a cup of tea and the
care staff always inform me of how my great granddad has been and what he has been up too. Sheraton Court is a home away from home and all staff can't be praised enough with the work they do.

It is always a pleasure visiting my granda at Sheraton. There is always a warm feel and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff treat my granda with respect, yet carry on with his crazy sense of humour, which my granda loves. I find the manager extremely helpful and approachable and can clearly see the staff
have great respect for her.
I have no worries with my granda being in Sheraton Court because he is so well cared for and he enjoys the company in there.

Very pleased that my Mam is now living here. The staff have been amazing, caring and very approachable. Her room is airy and comfortable. Love the little garden area which will come in very handy when we get a lovely day to sit in. Overall my family are very happy with no worries.

My mother has resided at Sheraton Court for 5 months. She has dementia but still has some insight. Although resistive of going into care, she has settled well and is happy being there most of the time. Staff are very good an will usually keep me informed of any issues that may arise. I feel that I can
discuss any concerns I have with care staff and confident that they are acted upon in a timely fashion and can address any problems with the home.

My mother moved into Sheraton Court last February due to her deteriorating Alzheimer's condition which was causing her difficulties in her home life and we constantly worried for her safety and welfare.
Since then, I have popped in to see her on a regular basis. It can be upsetting to see the effect
of this dementia on my mam, but I am very much comforted by the fact that Sheraton Court's carers do such a great job looking after Mam and the fact that they are there to help, no matter the time of day or night.
The carers show friendliness, professionalism and compassion which I would imagine can be difficult to do in a lot of circumstances. Mam always tells us that she's ready to go home, but in the next breath, she tells us how nice it is to live at Sheraton Court and always tells us how well she's looked after by the staff.
My congratulations to Sheraton Court for doing a fine job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home.
