There is always a friendly face at the front desk. My Grandad always speaks so highly of the staff and he appears to enjoy his meals. The home is a friendly and caring place.

After visiting my mother every day for almost two years, I can only describe Sheraton Court as a loving and good care home. Nothing is a trouble to the staff and they are always on hand to help and advise as required.

My father in law became a resident in January because his dementia and general health worsened which meant he needed specialist care. Sheraton Court not only provided a high level of personal and social care for my father in law, they also helped family members to visit when we wanted and kept us informed
on how he was getting on. My father in law was prone to wandering during the night so staff fitted a sensor pad which alerted them to when he got out of bed so they could keep him safe.
Sheraton Court provided meals and snacks of a high standard and organised activities and treats for the residents to keep them happy. Clothes were laundered and personal cleanliness was taken care of to a very high standard.
When my father in law needed end of life care staff not only looked after his social and medical wellbeing they went the 'extra mile' to look after his relatives. This was a very upsetting time for us but all the staff looked after us with sensitivity and a loving, helpful approach.

I like all staff at Sheraton Court. The home is always clean and tidy. The kitchen staff will make me a meal of my choice if I don't want what is on the menu.

My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about the admin staff and care staff in Sheraton Court. They have gone the extra mile to accommodate my mother in law. Care staff have been on hand to not only make her comfortable but to answer any questions we had or requests we made. Catering was most accommodating
for this 95-year-old lady. Overall our mother's experience was one I would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

My father has been a resident in Sheraton Court coming up 2 years now and from day one, he has received the highest standard of care, as I would expect. He also has a new family which I didn't expect, who not only care for him with respect and dignity but also laugh, cry and entertain him. All the team
at Sheraton Court interact with residents while doing their day to day jobs, which makes my dad's day when they tell stories of their families. It's encouraging seeing HC-One pushing forward with enhancements to buildings and activities which are enriching my dad's and other residents' lives.

When I arrived a staff member had gathered residents for a carol singing session.
I went to visit my aunt who is a resident this home. She has been a resident for about four years now. The home is always bright and clean and fresh, which from personal experience with my own mother in two different
homes in Hartlepool is not always the case given the type of residents. This home was beautifully decorated for Christmas but even when not it is a wonderfully cheerful place with murals of all kinds on the walls. My aunt is always clean and smartly dressed even when no visitors are expected.

I find this care home a lovely, caring, welcoming place to come to when visiting my grandmother. The staff are so nice to me, my family and especially my grandmother.
I find this care home clean, tidy and most of all very homely. I feel so at ease knowing my grandmother is being so well looked after.

Since moving into Sheraton Court Residential Home, I can honestly say I have never felt so relaxed. All of the staff are friendly and very caring. They never complain. I must be OK because I have put some weight on.

My mother has been in this care home now for two years. As a family, having to put our mother into care was very hard for all of us. We are a very close family and want the best care possible for our Mam. So that is why we picked Sheraton Court, such a lovely home. All staff are more than happy to help

Staff all friendly. The place has a nice atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome. The Halloween decorations are brilliant! Laundry service is very efficient. Car parking not always easy.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”


Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
