My mother is a new resident, and not all of the facilities have been used. Every member of staff has been considerate to my mother and us. Clearly detailing what is happening and why. Very cheerful and caring staff.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your comments. We hope St Marys care home did everything possible to make the transition as easy as possible. It is lovely to hear that you feel happy and at ease with your Mother in our care. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do to make her stay as comfortable as possible.
Brilliant staff.
Couldn't ask for more.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Thank you for choosing us to look after her.
I have always found the staff very helpful and caring, especially my mum's nurse. Mum is always so happy to see me and her nurse always keeps me updated on Mum's health. Thank you to all the team for your great work.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We certainly hope to continue providing your Mum with the best possible care.
My father-in-law came to the home at the height of the first Covid-19 lockdown. He came in on end of life care and sadly passed away after 3-days. But in those three short days, he was shown the utmost respect and given the best care possible. He was kept comfortable, and the staff were amazing with keeping us updated with his day-to-day care, and we knew he was safe and well looked after. Massively grateful to the manager and three other members of staff, especially and all the staff at the home.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Hopefully, you will go away from this feeling like your Father-in-Law received the best possible care and was treated with dignity and respect in his final days.
Look after Mum very well. Keep her free of pain, make her very happy and safe. Always keep us updated on any concerns or changes. Absolute diamonds.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your comments. It is always nice to hear from family members feeling like their loved one is cared for and looked after. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make Mums stay more comfortable.
Nothing but praise for all the staff. They all try so hard. Everything so much appreciated.
Thank you for your kind words. We will certainly pass your comments on to the team.
The care staff seems very nice and friendly. My brother is happy and he told me good comments about the staff.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are glad to hear that your Brother is happy at St Marys. We hope to continue providing him with the best care possible.
This is the first care home my nan has been happy in and I love how kind and caring the staff are. I would personally like to say a thank you to my nan's nurse, she is amazing and helped us communicate with our nan through these hard times.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are so glad to hear that your Nan is happy in our care. I will certainly pass your thanks on to the Nurse.
My mother has been a resident here for the last two and a half years and has been very pleased with the level of care and attention she has been given. As her son, I have always been kept up to date with any concerns the home may have about my mum. On my visits, the staff are always polite and caring.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your comments. It's great to hear you feel well informed about Mum's condition and that everyone is polite and caring.
All the staff and carers at St Mary's are very kind and considerate. Mum has been here for 8-months nor and she loves it. She has a great choice of meals and she always looked well dressed and cared for. I have not been able to view the facility as it's entirely due to Covid restrictions hence the recommendation of likely. Mum's room never smells, so that indicates to me that the cleaning facilities are very good.
Thank you for your feedback. It is always so nice to hear our staff described as "kind and considerate". We are glad to hear Mum is enjoying the meals cooked by the chefs!
St Mary's Care Home is a very good care home; they have nice staff who are caring and helpful. There seem to be consistent members of staff with few new faces. My mother is treated with dignity, and she always has clean clothes that are changed regularly. Very good choice. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing your lovely review with us; we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us your kind words. We are so pleased to hear that you're happy with the care your Mother is receiving in our home. Please let us know if there is anything we can do.
My sister has been at St Mary's since late last year and has settled in well. All the staff are very kind and caring, and I am kept up to date with her care by regular phone calls from staff who are very friendly and reassuring. I know my sister is having the best care.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your kind review; we really appreciate receiving your lovely feedback. We are so pleased that hear that your sister settled in well at St Mary's and that you have peace of mind knowing she is in our care. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do for you and your family.
My mother is being cared for as if she was a member of the carers own family. I have a video call every Thursday afternoon, and because Mum is deaf, a carer stays with her to assist her. I can see the difference, what she is receiving, is doing her the world of good.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your incredibly lovely comments. We are so pleased that you're happy with the care and attention provided for your Mum. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do for you and your family.
I can’t express how fantastic St Mary’s is. From the day we looked around the home for our Mum (2 years ago) until now, the service and the staff are faultless. We feel extremely lucky that Mum is being cared for in such a dignified manner. First-class. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your review, your kind words are so appreciated by us. We are so pleased that you can feel at ease, knowing that all of your Mum's needs are being met in our home.
I would certainly recommend St Mary’s to anyone that is looking for care in the future.
Thank you for your incredibly kind words; we are so grateful to receive your lovely comments. It is always so appreciated to hear you would highly recommend our service to others. We are so pleased that your Mum is comfortable, and that you can feel at ease knowing that all of her needs are being...
The last few months have been very difficult due to not being able to visit. But the staff have regularly informed me of my mum's condition. Since the beginning of the month, we are not able to visit my mum due to her condition, and the staff have been very kind and helpful. I cannot praise the management and staff enough for the very difficult job they have to do during these difficult times. Well done, St Mary's.
Thank you so much for your kind words, and we thank you for your understanding and patience during this incredibly difficult time. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you and your family.
My mum has been in this care home for two weeks now. I find the care fantastic. The staff are friendly and kind to me, mum and my dad. From all I have seen of the care mum is receiving I am really happy. Mum is sadly not going to get any better, and she is getting quality of life care, and I feel happier that in the middle of the night, she has 24-hour care for anything she needs. Thank you to all the staff!
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you or your family.
Given the current and ongoing covid situation; the family has taken a great deal of comfort from the care that has been provided to my step-father and recently to my mother, and for that, we cannot praise the staff, management and nurses/carers enough. It is truly appreciated.
Thank you for your feedback. It is always nice to hear from family members feeling like their loved one is cared for and looked after.
My mother-in-law has recently moved into St Mary's, the staff have been exceptional in settling her in. My mother-in-law looks and sounds happy and is eating well. During these strange COVID times, St Mary's are working very hard to protect and care for the residents. Well done St Mary's.
Thank you for your kind words. We are very happy to hear you can feel at ease with your mother-in-law in safe hands.
