I am very satisfied with all the staff from management, carers, nurses, cleaners, chef - they were very very good and understanding with my wife who had Motor Neurone Disease. Sadly my wife passed away in August 2020.

St Mary's Care Home has looked after my mother with care and dignity. We have been able to see my mother any time, as long as we phone before we come. All the staff is friendly and willing to help when asked.

My mother is not in good health and at times exhibits quite challenging behaviours. The staff at St Mary's invariably deal with her in a caring but professional manner. During the current lockdown period, they have contacted me to keep me in touch with various aspects of her current care. Prior to this, they have always been helpful and informative during visits. Some have seemed to me to go well beyond what might be considered the requirements of their jobs.
We are very happy to hear you are satisfied with the quality of our care. Thank you for your kind words.
My husband was very happy here. He was very well looked after. They were very kind and caring. Helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Kept him clean. All nurses key workers, doctors.
Thank you for your praise, and thank you for trusting us with your husbands care.
The entertainment is pleasant. My mother said that she liked her room. The staff were helpful. Visiting my mother in the home was a nice experience. It is very clean and bright. The staff tried their best, I was impressed with the home.

I like the care here, everyone is very nice and caring. I get everything on time.
I could have done with being explained how things work, but know I know, I just go with the flow.
I am happy here. The staff do a good job. Although I feel that they are overrun, need more staff.
Thank you for your praise. We will certainly discuss your feedback with the home’s manager to help us continually improve our service.
The fabric of the building and the people were excellent in all areas. What a care home should be.
Thank you for such lovely comments, we really appreciate it.
Treated very nicely, by staff showing feelings and love. I was contacted by staff when my friend was ill, also when he passed away. A lovely nurse broke the new superbly, with feeling. Loved the visitors, tea/coffee, room. Thank you to all.

My Father was in St Mary's Care Home for palliative care. During his brief stay, he received the best care we as a family could have hoped for. All staff were supportive, understanding, caring and treated him with dignity. We were concerned that when we left the hospital his needs would not be met, but they were and more.
We are very sorry about your loss. Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments.
I found this home very caring. Staff extremely helpful, especially when my mother passed away.
We are so sorry about your mothers passing. Please accept our deepest condolences and thank you for your kind comments.
Once again, St Mary's have really looked after my 103-year-old Father with the best of care; when we needed help.
All the staff are caring and polite and always willing to spend time with her and her needs. Mum died this morning and the way we were treated was exceptional. Thank you to them all from her family.
