Lovely staff, always made to feel welcome.
My grandad has been here a short time but he is settling in well.

There are lovely grounds and places to look at. It is also lovely that you can have lunch or dinner with my grandad.

Hulcott Care Home provided the best professional and caring services I could have hoped for for my elderly mother. Staff were both genuinely caring and interested and also managed her increasing frailty with very great dedication. They provided the care needed when it went beyond what I could provide. In doing that, they also looked after me and I am very grateful.

My mother's last home was in Hulcott. She received, with gratitude, over 3 years of TLC by the caring and compassionate staff day and night, from chef to housekeeping to nursing and all her intimate carers. With hands-on management that stressed mum's individuality and dignity, the staff worked as a team with a purpose - to give care as they would to a family member - which mum thought was "Champion".

My father was very happy in the last 10 months of his life at Hulcott. As a family, we felt that the nursing care he received made his final days pass with dignity and peace. The support to the family through this difficult time was very appreciated.

I have found staff and carers very kind, welcoming and helpful. Most essentially they are very cheerful. Their dedication is wonderful. Rooms are kept clean and food is first class. A very comfortable home from home.

My great aunt had a fall recently. The paramedics said that the carers were sat on the floor with her and talking to her when they arrived.
The staff were all very helpful in getting her sorted out.

They rang me when she fell which enabled me to go and be with her. I am very grateful for the level of care they give to her.

At all times I have been treated with professional care to the highest standard. I have nothing but the highest care and the best of the staff. I could not have been treated better in any home or hospital. I am most grateful to the staff from cleaners to nurses for the treatment I have received during my stay here.

My mother has been moved into Hulcott Nursing Home from a residential home, now needing nursing care.
I have found all the staff to be excellent, very caring to my mother and supported in all her needs now that she is very frail and bedridden.

She is well looked after and her safety paramount.

After trying several places for respite, I was lucky to find Hulcott Care Home with Nursing. I found the manager friendly and approachable. It was clear all the staff respected and liked her. On arriving at Hulcott Care Home with Nursing we were met by one of the male nurses, He was friendly and helpful showing me to my room. The room was on the ground floor with French windows which opened onto a grassed area. It was a very light room. Various staff passing by introduced themselves and shook my hand. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. A lot of time was spent organising my medication. In fact, Hulcott Care Home with Nursing has been the best for organising medication. I had a shower most mornings after having breakfast in bed and my first medication of the day. After the shower, I was taken to the communal room. There was always some activity going on and on Saturday, there was a karaoke. Some of the staff joined in. Although my mobility is bad I enjoyed the atmosphere! If I needed anything and asked the staff, they would if they could. I slept well and enjoyed the care and would be happy to go back there. At no time did I feel rushed and the whole atmosphere is happy and relaxed. My wife enjoyed her break knowing I was being cared for properly!

Arrived late evening feeling terrible. I was looked after so well. The next day the activities coordinator came round and did my hair and had a long chat and made me feel so much better. Thank you. The food is excellent and served with a smile, you must have a fantastic chef! Every day, a friendly cleaner came in and had a chat and a smile, as well as the coordinator who came in every day, had a long chat and a laugh and I looked forward to it. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The laundry staff are very good and the carers are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Loved my stay and feel so well.
