I have found the care that my mother receives to be "genuinely" compassionate, thorough, professional and friendly. The management are absolutely "spot on" and every member of staff that I have met has far exceeded any expectations that I had. The way that we as relatives have been treated at...
I have found the care that my mother receives to be "genuinely" compassionate, thorough, professional and friendly. The management are absolutely "spot on" and every member of staff that I have met has far exceeded any expectations that I had. The way that we as relatives have been treated at "every" visit has been warm, friendly and welcoming. Any concerns however small are always taken seriously and never ignored. Without a doubt, the best nursing home that I or my wife know of and my wife had been in the same type of work locally for over ten years. Well done to everyone at the home.
