After Mum being in 2 different care homes, Haddon House outperforms both of them. The place has a friendly and homely feeling. The staff are always attentive to the residents and I often see them interact, support and have the best interaction skills I have seen. I have no concerns at all. The nursing
care is also fabulous, everyone is amazing. I also love that they often do activities.

A wonderful friendly home with a great manager and great staff.
The food is wonderfully cooked with great variety and presentation. Haddon House is wonderful with my mother-in-law and would highly recommend it.

Staff are freidnly and welcoming as you arrive and they are always willing to go the extra mile for residents. In my honest opinion, I think activities require a few changes as most residents are left out or not engaging in certain activities on offer. The bedrooms are well-presented and clean. The

The home is always very clean and tidy. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. My uncle is always well-groomed, clean and tidy and is quite happy whenever I visit. The carers are very friendly and it has a homely feel at Haddon House, a warm atmosphere. I cannot comment on my uncle's
room as I have been in it.

My mum has been a resident at Haddon House for almost 3 years. She is treated with the utmost respect and dignity. My mum can be somewhat difficult at times but nothing phases her amazing carers. Gold. My mum is treated like the queen and does not go unnoticed.

My mother has received excellent care at this home. She enjoys the activities very much and going out with the care coordinator.
Communication could be better between staff, management and myself but I think this is due to lack of permanent staff.

My father had end of life care at this nursing home. He was cared for with the upmost dignity. He was showered, clean and had fresh clothing on each day. The manager and staff supported us as a family, often giving us support and hugs when we needed them the most. I recommend this service to anyone.

My wife has been in Haddon House for nine months now. She suffers from dementia and Parkinson's disease. I have never seen so much care and passion given by the care staff, as she gets from the girls at this home. They not only treat her well they also make her laugh and keep her happy. God bless you

Staff settled my Uncle into Haddon House even under the extreme conditions of lockdown. They have encouraged visits where possible, asked for personal items and clothing and accessories to make my Uncle and his room comfortable and homely. Staff contact my Aunt regularly and always feedback to her on
how my Uncle has been. It has been so hard letting go of a loved member of the family at this time. Staff have acted above and beyond answering all of our questions and queries.


The service provided by Haddon House has been exceptional - making my Uncle feel at home and loved in a time when the family are not able to visit as much as we would like.
