My father was cared for over an extended period where he was bedbound due to a terminal illness. I have nothing but praise for the staff who had to work under the difficult Covid-19 conditions. My father was always clean and looked after. The room was clean and was acceptable considering the circumstances.

My mother has been much improved since she moved into the home, and she is eating and drinking much better. She seems very well looked after, and all of the staff are excellent at caring for her. We are always welcome when we visit and appear to feel at home, and the staff are always ready to answer
any questions that we may have. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

My husband has been a resident at Everdale Grange since August 2019. I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone for all that they did through lockdown especially, FaceTime, as it was a great comfort to me, and I could not visit for a year. I would recommend the home, management and the very
caring staff to anyone who is looking for a residential nursing care home.

The care staff are excellent. I am very pleased with the way I have been looked after. I did have to wait for a whole for my medication to be ordered and delivered. The OT staff have also been excellent to a visit to my home with good feedback. I have had frequent visits from the OT staff and good supervision
of my exercise plans.

My husband was admitted to Everdale Nursing Home for the last five days of his life. As a family, we received much love and support from all staff members and management. We were allowed to visit him at any time after taking a lateral flow COVID test. This time was very precious to us all as we had
been unable to see him very much due to COVID restrictions whilst he was in the hospital. The care he received with you was excellent, he was kept clean and comfortable and received regular medication to ease his passing. Thank you to you all.

The care home is clean, and the care staff seem friendly and open. Two members of staff, in particular, are particularly good with my Dad, and another is great at giving me information. It can be a little hard to telephone and make contact with someone who can give me information by phone, and so, I
feel that I don't know much about how my Dad is or what he is doing. However, I am fairly sure he is happy, and I know you will ring if there are any problems.

Mum was admitted after being discharged from A and E and a rehab unit. The staff have been very supportive, helpful and understanding with me and my mum. O T staff have been very supportive in helping Mum to become motivated in her walking.

Dad was a resident for 6 weeks following a hip operation. Staff were very patient and supportive to him. They spent a long time making sure his independence was as much as he was capable of. Wonderful, friendly staff. Very much appreciated.

My mum has come to the unit for rehabilitation and has been here for 2 weeks.
The care provided by the manager and staff has been excellent. They have settled her well. As my mum has language barriers, they have ensured that they have treated her like a family member. We cannot thank the care home
enough for all of the support and help.

My mum was discharged from hospital to Evedale Grange for more intense physio after falling and breaking her hip. Her room was lovely with her own TV and ensuite. The staff were attentive and helpful. The physio she received was excellent, she was discharged and back home after only 10 days.

Good home but, they need to cater for vegetarian people and vegans.
Language barriers. Need mixed-race people working in here to help with different race people.

Staff have been very kind and supportive and have looked after me well.

Mum was welcomed into the Sovereign unit and settled into her comfortable room.
The staff have been unfailingly kind, caring and encouraging enabling Mum to regain her confidence.
The Physiotherapy has been extremely useful and Mum is now more mobile than before her fall.
The staff are friendly and
always happy to help. They have facilitated a smooth return home for Mum and thank them very much.

Was not very happy as there was only one emergency/help button unit in the room. If Mum was on the toilet/in the bath, there was not a unit in there and if she needed assistance, she couldn't get the help.
It is not up to the carers to be moving this unit, as there should be one in each room for safety
purposes.
I had issues with the manager of this unit, but as she is no longer there, it does not seem appropriate to comment.

My mum has been in Everdale Grange since May 2019. I would recommend the home, management and the very caring staff to anyone who is looking for a residential nursing care home. It is an excellent home and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff.
